The slippers are small, ripped on my foot, as if you have all slippers for children. It's horrible.
The remote for one TV in the bedroom does not work.
We were received by a girl Ani and she said that there are no other rooms, the room is in terrible condition.
I am on my honeymoon and I wrote about it and asked in advance to be given a high floor, but I was given the second floor, above the reception where all the buses stop, although I paid in full in advance for a stretcher. It's a disgrace.

Были сегодня в офисе,хотели заказать торт, но оказалось что нас дезинформировали . Ужасная консультация сотрудника по ватсап . Дают одну информацию, а на деле совершенно другая история. Научите своих сотрудников правильно доводить информацию до клиента , а не дезинформировать его. Плюс не дают договор на оказание услуг при покупке торта за 50 000 рублей (!!!!) Все условия оговариваются только по ватсап.
