Полное расстройство!!!! Заехала купить букет на день рождения маме, выбрала ее любимые хризантемы, 25 штук, отдала 4,5 тыс… а приехав домой разобрали их в две вазы, мало того что половина переломных так еще после того как поставили в воду… они завяли через 4-5 часов!!!!
The worse experience at this area!! Hotel staff unprofessional at all. I was traveling with my brother and we booked Superior apartment with Mountain View….. to our surprise when we got to room all what you could see from window big label with name of the hotel… and room was disaster… broken plugs, screw drivers from the wall…and as I checked it standard! I asked politely to move us to room that I booked(because I paid extra for Mountain View)…and the words of lady at reception “oh I didn’t know that you want a view”….. they offer us another one, where was one double bed, we asked to separate it… they told us no problem…enjoy your day and when you will get back everything will be ready. After 4 hours, we found bed the same, the same girl laughing in my face told me that they can’t do it… and they don’t have any other superior room…. And if I want something else I have to pay more….after discussing she offer us another room with 2 beds…we took it because it was 7-8 in the evening and of course we were tired….room smells very bad… bathroom mega dirty…. On one window even no curtain….. so we stayed one night instead of 2 and left earlier. Also breakfast you have to choose day before…. And if you will forget about nobody will offer to you anything…..only one plus view to the mountains!! But if you don’t want to destroy your vacation never stay here!!!
