Easy to navigate, friendly staff, the only negative is that some of the stores are not really up to scratch, the same with cafes. Though, the location and layout of the airport itself is top class.
The first time is confusing, but then it's quite clear. The staff are professional, decent and actually try their best to help. I'd advise to use the full service as it saves so much time and nerves. Though some of the staff speak English which helps for non-Russian speakers.
On the downside there are long wait times, plus some of the people there (non-locals) for visas etc can be very, very rude and aggressive.
Food is ok, drinks too. But...cockroaches. Sitting in a booth, next to the counter, and cockroaches ran across the table and up the wall next to us. Ruined the snack and won't be back.
Location, decor, ambience all good. Service solid and friendly. The selection of beers are not great and the dark beer I had was not the best. However, the place is nice.
Huge selection of veg, fruit, meat, dairy products. Really interesting layout and overall friendly, welcoming and not pushy. Seems like it's being developed a little, so have to allow for that.
Would be 5-stars except for the food/drink offerings. Would be 3-stars except for the excellent service at the food/drink counters. The facility is superb. Great atmosphere and very, very friendly security and event staff.
