Very responsive, supportive and kind staff especially Valeria & Kirill. Went into two trips. First trip was with Adam who made the trip very joyful, he speaks English, Arabic & Russian fluently, so very easy to communicate with. The second was with Alexey, a friendly guy who speaks English & Russian, we were lucky to get a better Aurora on the second time. 🤩 Thanks to all the team for the amazing trips and support, highly recommended.
