These guys tried to scam 2000 rubles off of us. They agreed to store the luggage for us when we were going to murmansk, for which the ticket was taken by the manager. No discussion was made about any sort of payment for the storage. When we came back, (we were short of time because we had the flight back after couple of hours) they were asking us to pay 2000 rubles for the storage. They held us up and were not letting us have the luggage despite explaining the whole thing to the employee. They even gave us a USD card for us to transfer the money. All of this would atleast have been acceptable if the luggage was stored properly, all the bags were just stored in the main hall. Finally, we gave her the 1000 rubles and went our way. This was 1 of the only 2 negative experiences that we had when we were in Russia.
