Kumir is a well run cute little new hotel in a perfect location in the old town. I have always felt very welcome and well taken care of. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Breakfast is in the room, if you want it nicer you will find enough alternatives nearby. Next time in St. Petersburg I will stay here again.
