For an apparently new hotel with 4 stars, too many things off. In the room window was broken, water in the sink didn’t go down, towels were dirty and wet when we arrived, and bathroom wall tiles were left dirty after the previous occupants, bathroom ceiling covered in wet stains.
Staff were nice and kind.
