Response-time was excellent, and the personnel was knowledgeable. We purchased a jacket for my husband and his friend because we only had access to his sizes due to a friend's relocation. Additionally, I really enjoyed the discount system, phone number registration of the card to avoid carrying extra cards in my wallet, and the fact that the earned points do not expire annually, unlike in some establishments.
