Basic five stars hotel, everything is generally fare, but faced an unpleasant situation.
During our swimming at the sea one of own towels was taken/stolen by somebody from the lounge chair.
We report this case at the nearby towel centre immediately and got the info to explain the situation at the reception.
At reception we have a conversation with a stuff who didn't know english.
It was sad that its our fault that we "lost" the towel and we were finally changed for it.
We have a transfer to the airport in a 20 minutes and not enough time to have a long conversation with a whole chain of manager system. So we pay for the taken/stolen by somebody towel.
Funny but really sad situation which reveals a significant problem in interaction with guests and management at the Regency Plaza.
