Yeah ti's is a Turkish restaurant chain. But in each chain the service and food quality changes. So unfortunate.
I tried çiğ borek it was not really what I expected. I do not recommend it.
Their menu is not as rich as I expected. If you go for breakfast you may not find something really turkish to try here.
And prices here is a little more expensive than it's competitors.
So i can't say it is not good but I definately won't say it is good. So where in the middle.
Service sucks as always in many restaurants in this city.
Ok guys this is my Favourite Turkish breakfast restaurant after having a great breakfast here.
We got there even a little later in the morning like 11:50 but they served anyway. That is cool. We ordered full Turkish breakfast and menemen (Turkish dish). They were all delicious, well made and the plates were really too much for two person.
The service is fast and you do not have to wait alot like in the most cafes and restaurants in Almaty.
The prices are so ok and that could make this place preferable for many guests. The seats and tables are comfy and clean.
I fully recommend their breakfast to all if you wanna enjoy what real breakfast is.
I will return and try your other stuff too. See you again guys.
We had a really bad experience here.
Me and my wife bought 2 pcs of Toilet from this place. I wish we wouldn't do that mistake.
My wife was pregnant and when we get there to get the toilet with the receipt they gave us, the person in the desk said we can not find it in our system.
They have a terrible delivery and accounting system which is not customer friendly. Plus they have so rude stuff that do not care about your hurry.
They made us wait more than 1 hour just to deliver the products. The mamager called Alibek definately an arrogant person. He has no idea how to treat customers. Such a rude man doesn't have to be there working especially as a manager.
Thankfully dear miss Kamilla came up and ended our struggle with these rude and not understanding personnel.
I swear that I won't come here again and won't ever promote this place to anyone.
If you do not wanna loose your temper, get crazy for some unknown reasons that nobody explains, if you do not wanna loose your time getting angry to rude and misunderstanding working stuff (except Kamilla) then come here.
This is for management: You definately have to resign this Alibek (the so called manager) and other guy who works at the Toilet area near delivery building.
It's a newly opened restaurant, and I usually prefer to stay away from newly opened places in Almaty. That’s because they are often not fully ready. However, we saw this place while passing by and decided to give it a try.
First, you are welcomed by a greenhouse-like area with plants hanging from the ceiling—creating a wonderful atmosphere. The seats are comfortable, and the service is fast enough. I’m sure the garden will be a great place to sit in the summer and spring.
As you enter, they greet you with a warm smile, and they also bid you farewell when you leave. The waiters and staff are friendly, which is something we’re not very used to in Almaty. I hope they keep up this attitude.
The prices are quite reasonable for a place like this, which means I can strongly recommend it.
The food is very delicious and filling, served on large plates. If you order something extra, you don’t have to wait long—it arrives very quickly.
By the way, I should mention that all of this happened just an hour before closing time.
The only downside is that I didn’t like the menu. It’s not very clear, and they urgently need to print English menus.
I congratulate the owner, the chef, and the entire staff. They truly deserve a full score from me in their category.
Friends, if you really want to experience Turkish meze, rakı, and seafood culture, this place is exactly what you're looking for.
First of all, a very warm and friendly chef personally serves you, explaining how the dishes are made, their ingredients, and their stories. And I guarantee that all the mezes are absolutely delicious.
Besides that, you can also find Turkish rakı here. If you enjoy it, one of the best brands is available.
Additionally, the fish is extremely fresh and incredibly tasty. When you visit, don’t forget to order a starter to share. For example, we had shrimp casserole, and it was both fresh and delicious. They make their own bread and it is so delicious. We ordered extra. And at the end of your meal a warm Turkish tea is a must.
In terms of price, if we had eaten the same meal in Turkey, we would probably have paid at least twice as much. For a place like Almaty, the prices are quite average.
If you’re craving fish, meze, or seafood, I highly recommend this place. It fully deserves a top rating in its category.
