The staff are very welcoming. The skate tech, named Alexander was so helpful and kind. He helped me figured out my skate size and even helped sort out the issue with the alignment of my blades. Other staff are also very kind and helpful. The customer service is just 100%. The prices here are also better than other places and they seem to have more options in terms of brand of boots and blades.
