Tips for improvement:
1 Arguing with customers is never good for business. Black-haired barmaid working there on Sunday 23/01/22 was extremely rude.
I was thinking of spending a few thousand rubles but her unprofessional behaviour made me spend it at a different bar.
2. Train staff on how to pour a pint.
This is necessary knowledge for working in a pub.

Decent stock, I had to advise them on correct procedure for seeking to customers. The service is far below standard, but I went there a week after my first visit and it appears that they started to smile. There is yet hope for them.

One of the only places in this gopnik-village where I’ve not had to argue with workers to do their job. They actually work. They do what is expected. They do what they are paid for. They serve. It’s nothing special but in comparison with the surrounding businesses they stand out a mile.

Very professional level of customer service. Staff greet you at the door and treat you well.
The place is very clean and efficient.
The food is of a high quality and it is surprisingly cheap considering the overall quality and location of the restaurant.
I can offer no tips for improvement as everything I have seen is above standard.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
The middle aged woman at the checkout accused me of breaking a yoghurt and said I had to pay for it.
I told her I didn’t break it. It was obviously broken when I took it from the shelf. She again accused me of breaking the yoghurt 😂🤷🏻♂️
Absolute madness.
She ruined a 2,000 Ruble sale over a 19 Ruble yoghurt.
Tips for improvement:
1. Instruct your staff on etiquette and logic.
Insulting customers is never good for business.
Even if I was at fault, losing a 2,000 sale over a 15RUB yoghurt is not good for business.
