If you looked for the most inefficient business organisation then this amber factory’s shop would be a case in point. It is sad to see how much it loses every day in high season just because of poor management. What happens is that customers have to wait for too long to get served many of them leave without buying anything. So, changes in staffing policy could turn this business around because amber sells well and female customers have good taste and keep buying amber jewellery.

Getting to the rest. was a bit confusing. Lighting and eye-catching signs would help. Booking is another concern, I tried to reach them twice by phone but there was no answer. I was told by one of staff when I came to them it could take days to book a table as hotel guests staying under the same roof are prioritised.
