If you happen to be in Moscow don’t go to this restaurant without the reservation. The staff is very rude and quite aggressive there. I was there with my grandson. The poor boy was hungry after a long walk and we decided to eat in this place. No reservation. We were impolitely met by the host who commanded to wait till the first table availability. We were waiting for the whole hour! More people were coming in and nobody told us that the whole line of people was formed. When we finally reminded them about us, the staff told to join the line of approximately 50 people! We had to leave and look for another place to eat. Really bad customers service. We’ll never ever come to this place again(( For the record- it happened on December, 30th.

Мы в восторге от гостеприимства «Зари»! Сервиз выше всяких похвал. По недоразумению проспали выход на утреннюю экскурсию, и нас отдельным поездом доставили к месту. Всё очень вежливо и с персональным экскурсоводом)) вау, спасибо Дмитрию-администратору и Андрею. Очень вежливые и предусмотрительные. Читают буквально по губам и угадывают любое желание. My best recommendations to anybody who would like to travel through Karelia and stay in Sortavala city. Definitely go to that small hotel “Zarya”. You will find it cute and very interesting. The guides will organise your stay properly.
