The Pier-25 restaurant on the river Don embankment + Beautiful place, with good views of the river in the centre of Rostov-on-Don city. - It is allowed to smoke inside. We booked this restaurant for our last evening in Rostov-on-Don. We were a family of three. The Pier-25 has good rewievs and high ratings. They serve qute good seafood dishes and delicious white wine. I absolutely loved it. The only thing I didn't like was when we were broght the blankets, they smelled of cigarette smoke. We ended up not using the blankets. On the whole, we felt good there. I highly recommend this place because there is very friendly staff and beautiful views and also quiet romantic music for the atmosphere.
