Good hotel overall, several positive observations such as the buffet which offers several healthy options and it’s always refilled on time. Good attention from the restaurant team. Beverage service at the bar was a hit and miss, some bar servers were pretty good but others need more training, one of them brought us the check to sign before we get our drinks. Cleanliness in the rooms and service were very good, couple of areas for improvement such as the mattresses which were not comfortable, and the cement design in the high-tech building didn’t look good, we thought the building was unfinished. That should be changed when you do a renovation. We enjoyed the hotel overall, We’ll be back.
