Not sure what you pay for. Rooms are old and horrible service. Billiard and game room games are not working.

As an office space it lacks proper infrastruture. Water on higher floors is too hot and washing hands becomes a problem. Public toilets are dirty sometimes and air conditioning is horrible. Too hot.
