Very central location and good price. Hotel admins were very helpful. If you don't speak russian, you can use online translation. Be sure to have whatsapp installed. Rubinstein street is a very hip location with lots of cool restaurants and bars, attracting both the youth and middle aged people. Metro and busses are in 5 minute distance, and all the tourist attractions are in walking distance. The room and the lobby was clean. There is a shared kitchen if you want to use. There was no air conditioner or a fridge in the room but I am not complaining considering the price.
