At 10:30am, they knocked on my door and woke me up, asking if I wanted to be cleaned. I said no, and went out at 12pm to tell a male receptionist that they could clean it now. I came back in the afternoon and found that the room had not been cleaned at all. I asked the male receptionist to clean it now, but he said that the hotel was very busy and it would be my turn at 8pm. Is this a joke? I put up with it, and when it was 8:30pm, no one came to clean. I went to the front desk again, but the man had already left work. Was he just saying these nonsense to me just to get by? Not only was the room not cleaned, but they didn't even change the towels and toiletries. It's a rubbish hotel, and the bed was dented. The balcony door was also broken and sealed with glue.

A very old hotel. He may have been good once, but now they are trying very hard to show that he is 4 stars, but in fact between 2 and 3 stars. The floor is covered with dirty old carpet, under which there are holes in the screed, there is no hot water, in the bathroom water flows in a weak fountain around the faucet, the bed is not reinforced, the furniture in the room is old and smells of smoking, although the room is not for smokers. I have a strong belief that the reviews are inflated, since a hotel of this level cannot have so many 10. The breakfasts are not very tasty. The linen is clean and the price is low.

Having some experience of staying in hotels with different stars, I can say that in this case this hotel does not pull 4 stars.
She may have shone before, but now the sunset is coming. Repairs are needed, at least cosmetic.
Nuance, according to Yandex, check-in was supposed to be at 12! We only checked in at 14, I didn't notice this information, but I would have started to find out(!). In general, we arrived at the hotel at 10, asked if we could check in, counting on hospitality, but said wait.
In general, if you need to spend the night and without any special frills, then it will do. But I will look for another hotel next time.

Good afternoon, we checked in on 10/20/2024 to room 1007 for early check-in, booking number No. 20241021-3572-1221043448. We warned in advance that there would be an early check-in. The reservation was from October 20th to 25th. When we checked into room 1007, it turned out to be very dirty - dust everywhere, garbage on the floor, the smell of cigarettes in the room, the upholstery on the chair and the window sill were also missing, not to mention that the room as a whole needs repair. Naturally, it was impossible to stay in such conditions. During the eviction, 11 thousand tenge was deducted from us for early check-in and the cost of the first day in the amount of 33 thousand tenge. Naturally, after this, we do not recommend a hotel and we will not live there ourselves. Unfortunately, the photo could not be taken, as we immediately began to look for another hotel. In general, if you want to live in comfort, do not consider this hotel.

I don't understand at all where such reviews and 5 stars come from…
I put one star for the staff – the staff are really very attentive, ready to help, trying their best.
The rooms are large but dark (the windows are dirty). The windows themselves do not open for winter ventilation, with the winds in Astana it is impossible to open them in any other way to ventilate. The bathroom is not heated (it is very cold). It is difficult to achieve a normal water temperature – you had to wait 10 minutes until a balance between hot and cold was found.
I would like to mention the light separately: He's cold, like in an operating room. It's very uncomfortable. Moreover, it is impossible to turn off this light in the bathroom (does the hotel really care about the costs?!). Thanks to the staff for turning off this light bulb manually.
The furniture is shabby, it is clear that repairs are required. And it is clear that once upon a time the hotel was good, but there is little left of its former greatness. An inconspicuous driveway: it is not even clear if the hotel is open or if it is possible to enter.
Breakfasts are terrible. The fruits are cherished, from the hot – 3 dishes to choose from (all tasteless).
Summarizing: this is clearly not a 4. And clearly not worth the money. Thanks a lot to the staff for trying to smooth out the problems somehow, but I definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Удачно расположен в старой части города на правом берегу, район золотого квадрата. В шаговой доступности ТД Седьмой континент. Заведений рядом хватает. Номера просторные, все в одном стиле. Есть чайник, доска гладильная утюг, сейф. Как положено. Кровать и матрас удобные. Телевизор не включал не могу сказать что по каналам. Вай фай достаточно шустрый. Завтраки не очень разнообразные дня через 3 начинают повторяться. Персонал достаточно обучен и доброжелателен. Есть бар и ресторан, вполне вкусно и цены для гостиницы приемлимые. Есть своя парковка. По самим номерам встречаются выпадающие розетки, текущие души и так по мелочи. Отель просит косметического ремонта. Есть балконы, но они закрыты, возможно просто на зиму. Так же есть конференц-залы для проведения мероприятий.
В целом приемлимые условия по вменяемой цене. Рекомендую.

Also, when they checked in, the base did not work and we were given a dirty room that was not cleaned, neither at the reception nor the maid even guessed that the room was not cleaned. I do not recommend visiting this hotel.

The room is cold, there is a muzzle from all the cracks and the noise of cars because of this is like when the windows are open. There is a spider web on the doorway of the balcony from the room side. Peeling wallpaper. Barely working and about to break the air conditioner, which, no matter how hard it tried, could not warm the room. And just a wooden bed, I slept the same as on the floor. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will not advise anyone to stay here. And it also took the Prestige room, not the cheapest one.

В отеле все хорошо, есть парковка, в номере халаты и все банные принадлежности, чайник и чай-кофе пакетики, вода. Единственный, но большой минус - нет холодильника/мини-бара. Для нас это критично.
Некритично- отсутствие балкона.
Завтрак вкусный, шведский стол, есть и каши, и горячие блюда, и запеканка, блинчики, нарезка сыр-ветчина, овощи. Кофе из аппарата, приличный.

We arrived in Astana at 2.00 am.
At the reception, all rooms have already been allocated according to the request from the agency.
We didn't expect room keys for a minute, this is a HUGE PLUS because we were on the road for 21 hours.
The rooms are large and cozy.
Beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows.
Disposable slippers and toothbrushes were changed daily.
There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room.
The refrigerator is located in the bedside table under the TV (this is information for those who write that there is no refrigerator in the room )😆
The breakfasts are GORGEOUS, delicious, and varied.
The hotel is located in the center, convenient location.

Отель, конечно, на четверочку не тянет. В номере чисто, бельё хрустящее. Но нет холодильника, не работает телефон!!! Были летом, в номере тепло, а вот зимой, наверное, холодно. Дует из окон и не закрывается плотно балконная дверь. Шведский завтрак вкусный, но хотелось бы побольше выбора. Сотрудники на ресепшен вежливые, отзывчатые, но не все. Случилось пообщаться с девушкой-администратором, которая, видимо, случайно попала на эту работу. На мои простые вопросы, касающиеся услуг отеля отвечала "ни чем не могу помочь, узнайте сами". Пришлось самостоятельно бегать по этажам и решать свои вопросы. С подобным отношением персонала последний раз встречалась в далёкие нулевые. Пожалуй, именно, последний эпизод испортил общее впечатление об отеле.

To be honest, I did not live up to expectations at all. A huge old building, cardboard walls and terrible audibility. You can hear it even if they are talking in a low voice in the next room. Breakfasts are more or less, dinner includes exactly two dishes - there is nothing to choose from, it is not worth it, it is better to go somewhere for dinner. The parking lot was all occupied, although this was quite an important criterion - we arrived in two cars, both had nowhere to put them, we had to park on the street.

I've read a lot of reviews about the hotel, all positive. That's why I decided to stay at this hotel.
1. The room is stuffy, the air conditioner did not work, the windows did not open.
2 The condition of the room is terrible.
In the shower, the water pressure is low, it is difficult to wash.
3. Breakfast from 8-00 to 10-30.
We arrived at 9:50 and there was no food.
We were offered to make an omelet, which was disgusting as a result.
4. The order was for 2 guests, but everything in the room was for one person - bathrobe, Slippers, towels, tea, water, shower accessories.
5 When checking out, as it turned out, you need to wait for the staff to accept the room (I haven't encountered this for a long time).

Дальнейшее описание, является исключительно субъективным мнением, основанным на сотнях командировок по Российской федерации...
1. Персонал. Молодой, приветливый, учтивый. Всё понравилось, молодцы 👍
2. Номера. На фотографиях - ожидание лучшего. Мебель и сантехника уставшая и нуждается в замене.
В номере где я обитал (1708), был ужасно провалившийся матрас с одной стороны (прям до каркаса кровати), с другой стороны нормально, что тоже говорит о необходимости внимания руководства к бытовым элементам.
Отдельной позицией отмечу уборку номеров - уборка не качественная. Обнаружил чисто случайно, когда валик для сбора ворса упал со стола и прокатился по ковролину (коим устелен весь номер), и на нем обнаружилилось огромное количество волос, различной длины и оттенков, а так же прочий мусор и пыль. В то же время, постельное бельё, полотенца, халаты идеально чистые, хотелось докопаться - не получилось.
Отдать должное, вся сантехника и бытовая техника исправна и выполняет свои функции.
3. Здание. Снаружи выглядит достойно, просторный холл и ресепшен. Но из нутри что-то пошло не так. В коридорах неровные полы под ковролином, как бы разрушенная бетонная стяжка под ними. Пластиковые окна покосившиеся, с щелями заделанными герметиком и скотчем. Из трех окон, открывалось только одно. На вид - здание дало просадку и как следствие нарушилась инжинерная геометрия.
4. Кухня огонь! В ресторане завтракал и ужинал несколько раз - всё отлично. Красавчики!
Итоги:
В целом впечатление положительное, с учётом стоимости и расположения. Руководству желаю навести порядок с содержанием номерного фонда, и тогда всё будет супер. Спасибо за гостеприимство, всех благ!
