I don’t know where to start , from the first moment Murat from the help desk was helping us with everything and all my worries about our first visit to Moscow and helped me with all sort of things on my phone such as transportation apps and how to exchange money and get a phone SIM card. Then Inna from the concierge was helping me on daily basis with theatre booking, restaurant and river cruise bookings and everything she recommended was top. Finally I just wanted to say that I’ve been to almost all the top hotels and palace hotels all around the world but such smiling helpful services from everyone working in your premises was way over expectations and you gave me the best 6 nights holiday ever. Will keep on recommending your hotel to everyone I know. The only downside maybe which is something minor is that I couldn’t get the Bonvoy points for my stay , but I do understand the situation and it was explained to me in a very professional way from the reception staff when checking in. Thank you

I visited Moscow three times and I always stay at St. Regis. Thanks to the lovely Inna Vladimirovna who made our whole journey complete. Ms Inna and her team are very professional and helpful. The hotel is very nice, clean and within a short distance to most attractions. I highly recommend to stay at this hotel and if you think it's going to be a hard task, ask Inna and her team and you will get a movie start treatment.

One of the best Concierge ever in Moscow Alexandra, Inna, Deniss are the best Concierge Team ever. The Concierge is one of the main reasons the i came back to the hotel and i will in the near future. Murat one of the best in the hotel with his smile and help all the the time in hotel i hope you all the best. Hotel has good location.
