Very poor quality of service! You will never find a consultant in the department, you need to go around the entire store in search of an employee. And today, in principle, we are faced with an absurd situation. We needed a transparent stretch film, checked the website - 37 rolls are available. Have arrived. At first, they themselves searched for which department she might be in - in vain. I met, fortunately, a consultant, sent it. There's black and white on the shelf. Hmm... We decided to test our luck in the paint and varnish department. The staff said they didn't have any and sent them to the information center, saying "they know better, they can check the database." The miracle did not happen! The information center said that their information is the same as on the site, it is better to ask the department. They even searched in the garden center and went to the building mixes department. The answer is one - they shrug their shoulders, spread their hands. To sum up, the online store is misleading, 30 minutes of time has been spent, I am already silent about the road, well, the impression of the store has been spoiled.

Very unprofessional work of an online store. I left a request - no reaction for almost a month! Then they abruptly began to hammer from different numbers to clarify "did you take it? And when will you pick it up?" When we returned from vacation, we called the store to clarify the details of the shipment. The order number was found immediately, but they could not give an answer. Then there were multiple calls with an interval of a day and as a result, "unfortunately, the order was withdrawn from the reserve!"
I do not recommend contacting you! Sorry for the time spent. I am sure that the order was in stock, it just went up in price during the "negotiations" and it is more profitable to sell it again! Very petty.

Why do you need movers in the state, if today my husband and I came to buy 17 bags of plaster mix (25 kg each) and we were offered (and this is me culturally) to load them on our own, yes, by the way, maybe my husband's physical data allows us to do this, but he was clearly not dressed in order to handle the loading.

The staff communicates with each other, but as soon as a buyer comes up from them and you can't get 2 words out, you ask where to find some product, they just poke your finger without further explanation. Many of the consultants do not understand what they are selling at all. An interesting point is also in the store's policy, in which if you need a consultant, then you have to call the phone number to be approached, spoiler, 20 minutes after the call, no one came up to us.
