I want to tell you about the work of the store.I paid in advance for the delivery of the bouquet to my mother's doctor, on the day of delivery they brought, not fresh roses, which were already yellow, instead of coffee ones..After talking with the dispatcher, they brought red roses, which had already wilted on the second day.. It turns out that they don't buy flowers and they don't send fresh flowers for delivery anymore...I do not recommend ordering bouquets. The photo shows flowers for the 2nd day...It's just not acceptable!!!! The first 3 photos show the first flowers, the ones that were replaced in the next ones...

Delivered in another half an hour. I paid the courier without any problems, a powder is attached to the bouquet, which must then be added to the water so that the flowers please the eye even longer. All the roses are large and elastic, even those that have just been beaten, have not even fully opened yet. Mom was delighted! Во вторых очень клиентоориентированны. Вам подберут то что Вам нужно и на тот бюджет который Вам нужен. Учтут все пожелания. А самый главный для меня бонус-заказ цветов онлайн. На сайте отвечают очень быстро, пришлют Вам минимум 5 вариантов букета под Ваш запрос. Заказать шарики-пожалуйста, открытку -не вопрос и подпишут и оформят и доставят ещё и фотоотчет пришлют) Оплата с карты через Ерип.Очень крутой магазин и цветы всегда свежие!Рекомендую!!!!!

Хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями об этом магазине, продавец молодая тёмненькая вечно недовольная, розы единственный раз попались свежие, а вот 9-го июля муж подарил мне 101 розу на нашу годавщину свадьбы, а 10-го они стояли опустив бутоны вниз и не какие ихние порошки не помогли, прохладное место в квартире роли не сыграло, обрезка кончиков тоже не помогла, букет был собран очень не окуратно рассыпался, пришлось самой его немного подвязать, вообщем хорошего мало увы. Да забыла сказать концы у лепестков роз, у так называемых свежих сухие ☹️☹️☹️на фото это тоже видно.

Абсолютно несогласен с тем что тут понаписали! Отзывы, как будто накручены! Заказывали цветы на 8 марта бабушке и маме, в итоге получили цветы с плесенью! Когда пришёл в магазин и попросил заменить, у работников это вызвало много негативных эмоций, но в итоге хоть и нехотя заменили... Не советую вам покупать цветы в этом магазине!

Очень советую.
Шикарный сервис и очень красивый букет для моей сестры.
Со мной весь день разговаривали и обьясняли что к чему так как я заказывала доставку и безналичный расчет. Мне подобрали очень красивые цветы и удобный способ оплаты.

Хотел заказать букет, позвонил, сказали написать на вайбер, в итоге после смс дали ответ спустя 3,4 часа, с утра прислали смс, что не принимают заказы. Зачем так поступать ? Отношение отвратительное.
