Оставлю краткий отзыв, так как был не более двух раз и не пробовал весь ассортимент блюд. Брал мясные блюда и судить подогретые блюда я не стану - 4/5
Интерьер - на русский лад, с акцентом именно на традиции старой Руси (не путать с Советским прошлым) Много дерева с резьбой, стены с имитацией бревен, как будто вы попадаете в избушку из русских сказок. В целом 5/5 за Интерьер и Атмосферу.
Обслуживание - как в обычной столовой - становитесь в очередь с подносом и выбираете что душе угодно и кошельку, а на кассе вы обнаружите, что пообедаете как в ресторане (в компании из 4 человек мы оставили около 600.000 с учетом того, что только двое из нас брали мясные блюда) Скажу честно, дороговато для обеда
Комфорт - Даже не знаю по каким критериям оценивать. Если человек перед вами выберет несколько блюд и попросит их подогреть, а ваша заветная котлета с обычным пюре не займет и десяти секунд - вы все равно будете ждать свободного повара.

I ordered home delivery via Yandex: cabbage rolls for my husband, herring under a fur coat and chicken with mashed potatoes for myself. The stuffing in the cabbage rolls was with veins and fragments, although the cabbage rolls themselves tasted good, but the stuffing spoiled everything, my husband sat spitting. There was an unpeeled onion in the herring under the fur coat, it completely killed the whole taste of the salad, this is not how it is done, guys : (chicken with mashed potatoes were good, a cinnamon bun too, but cabbage rolls and herring were very upset 🥲

Не смотря на то что в Ташкенте немало мест подобного формата, это является единственным, в котором идея ресторана с самообслуживанием реализована наилучшим образом. Я уже более четырёх лет являюсь посетителем этого заведения, и всё это время наблюдаю как здесь стабильно удерживается высокий уровень качества и профессионализма. Очень разнообразное меню, пища всегда свежая и вкусная, обходительный и внимательный персонал и что немаловажно разумные цены. Здесь всегда приятная атмосфера, а из-за очень разнообразного меню всегда можно найти и попробовать что-нибудь новое.
