Here is my honest review, I live next to this cafe, I visited it many times when it opened, it used to be very tasty.
We haven't been there for about 3 years, so just yesterday we came back and I just checked out, took a couple of salads, olivier and a fur coat. Salads are just awful. I won't say anything bad about the hot stuff, it's fine.
But in general, the quality of the food has deteriorated greatly.

I will leave a brief review, as I have been no more than twice and have not tasted the entire range of dishes. I took meat dishes and I will not judge heated dishes - 4/5
The interior is in a Russian way, with an emphasis on the traditions of old Russia (not to be confused with the Soviet past) There is a lot of wood with carvings, walls with imitation logs, as if you find yourself in a hut from Russian fairy tales. Overall, 5/5 for the Interior and Atmosphere.
The service is like in a regular dining room - get in line with a tray and choose what your heart and wallet want, and at the checkout you will find that you will have lunch like in a restaurant (in a company of 4 people we left about 600,000 considering that only two of us took meat dishes) To be honest, it's a little expensive for lunch
Comfort - I don't even know what criteria to evaluate. If the person in front of you chooses several dishes and asks them to warm them up, and your cherished cutlet with ordinary mashed potatoes does not take ten seconds - you will still be waiting for a free cook.

This is not a dining room or a bistro in the accepted sense of the meaning of the words. This is a restaurant stylized as a bistro. They even sell wine here, by the way, which is not available in ordinary establishments such as a bistro-canteen.
According to the dishes: some salads have either been standing for a long time, or from missing vegetables, boiled rice as for pilaf, crunches on the teeth, meat in roast or cauldron kabob is too dry, portions are very small, and prices are unreasonably high. For example, a meal from the second + salad + compote cost 85 thousand, although in another, real bistro, a three-course lunch cost 85.
I've been here three times, most likely I won't come again.

I ordered home delivery via Yandex: cabbage rolls for my husband, herring under a fur coat and chicken with mashed potatoes for myself. The stuffing in the cabbage rolls was with veins and fragments, although the cabbage rolls themselves tasted good, but the stuffing spoiled everything, my husband sat spitting. There was an unpeeled onion in the herring under the fur coat, it completely killed the whole taste of the salad, this is not how it is done, guys : (chicken with mashed potatoes were good, a cinnamon bun too, but cabbage rolls and herring were very upset 🥲
