I really liked the WestCamp camp! Excellent organization, lots of interesting events, delicious food and caring counselors. The children returned happy and full of impressions. Thank you for the unforgettable moments!

We did not think that we would have to write a negative review about the camp West Samr. We read reviews, looked at the profile on Instagram, everything seemed very interesting and organized, but once on the spot our child faced completely different conditions.
Firstly, after the children were brought to the camp (departure from Tashkent was at 9.00 o'clock. It took about 1.5 hours to get there), there were no places in the dining room and the children carried chairs. As a result, by 14.00 they were given lunch (there was only a plate of pilaf and that was it).
Secondly, the conditions in the rooms in one word are terrible (you can see in the photo). It feels like the room is not cleaned at all after the previous shifts. As evidenced by dirty floors, furniture and debris in the room. The condition of the shower room and bathroom leaves much to be desired. It is very dirty (although the Administration assures that everything is fine, that there is no such thing).
There are 6 places in the room, it is very cramped and stuffy, and moreover there are only 3 cabinets (condition in the photo). There is an outlet in the room, but not a working one.
I would really like to warn other people against wasting time, negative emotions and money.
It seems that either the administration is not aware of the real conditions in the camp, although it says that even vacationers from America like everything (I would like to see the conditions in which foreign guests are accommodated), or pretends that everything is fine. Although we are also guests in Uzbekistan, though not from America :)
Even the fact that the child has just arrived and wanted to leave a few hours later should somehow alarm the administration and in turn consider this case. On the contrary, the administration denied our words and assured us that everything was fine in the camp, good conditions. But the photos speak for themselves, and the child will not lie. We've been to other camps, but we haven't seen this one yet.
We asked for a partial refund, but were refused. Our child did not stay in the camp even for a day and ate only lunch (the above is what lunch consisted of)
It turns out that this organization simply does not value its reputation, and the main thing is to attract the client with beautiful photos and videos in insta.
Perhaps there were good times in this camp (judging by the positive reviews), but unfortunately not now and they are unlikely to be with such an attitude.
Note to the administration! Improve the conditions, and most importantly, keep the brand. Then you will really have everything in chocolate, not just a beautiful wrapper, but also the contents.

The rooms are terrible, I'm not talking about the air conditioner, but there are no mirrors, it's very stuffy, but there are a lot of good guys with whom you can have a good time.. Food? The food is weird, I don't like it.

We didn't like this camp. The children are not happy. Theft, money was stolen. The kitchen isn't that bad either. Counselors are not responsible. Children fight a lot with each other where the counselors look is not at all clear

The children liked it very much - a rich entertainment program, a lot of clubs, very tasty food☺️👍 However, they visited the pool only 3 times per shift and literally for 5-10 minutes ((
But they did not have time to return from the camp, they immediately began to ask to go again☺️ So the advantages clearly outweighed the minor disadvantages😜

It's better in advertising than in reality)) the price is 1.800.000 for 12 days, although 12 full days do not come out, the child was brought on the 11th day, the child arrived dirty as a pig)) he says they did not swim, but as it turned out, the fact is that the children themselves are important there and they do not understand that children who are 6,7,8,9 years old need help setting up the water and that they need to be pushed into the shower, since they are small and can simply forget about bathing, with an additional payment of 300,000 they offer an it lesson, the child paid I couldn't even explain what they were doing there, then the computer didn't work, then there was no light, then they didn't let me into the lesson at all, they said that your mother hadn't paid, in a word, it was a mess, expensive and nothing was clear. Older children, of course, like it more because freedom is important, they are almost the same age))

Great camp! Recommend.
For me personally, this camp has been my second home for 8 years. I was first sent in 2014. I got into the White Wolves squad and from that moment my personal story at West Camp began. The camp is just a dream!!! Every day there is an English lesson from 9.00 to 11.00 and fun. And when you get home, you'll get bored and you'll be a poster, waiting a year until
