However, the problem is that only by written application (under the contract that you will sign) and they violate the articles of the banking code, bypassing, say, what is clearly forbidden to do there (your rights), they simply stuffed into these rules, which "are an integral part of the contract" that you will sign. Oh yes, and does it bother you that FATCA, which they will tell you that you must sign, will shift the problems of the bank (the capital is not Belarusian) because of the sanctions to you (read carefully), and if to all the bank's customers (citizens), probably just somehow to the national bank or the budget.
