On the advice of the Internet, we visited the Grill bar 1323 and were very satisfied. The prices are affordable, the food is delicious. We ordered 2 servings of solyanka (not very rich, though); a portion of pancakes with sausages, a burger of pancakes and 2 draft kvass. And the check amounted to only 1300 Russian rubles. We were very satisfied: we ate, rested and everything at a good price.

With a load of 3 tables in the afternoon, the service is very slow, the waiters are not suitable, you have to get up and go look for a waiter to make an order. I ordered red fish, asparagus was served with the side dish. The fish is all filled with disgusting garlic sauce (the sauce for the fish should be served separately in a saucepan), the fish is more like pate in consistency, asparagus is cooked in advance, put in the refrigerator and then heated in a microwave oven, so it is pale in color.
After asking to replace the dish, the waiters talked to me as a friend, the administrator began to push off the fact that I came with a negative mood and said that any dish could be spoiled but their fish is at the highest level. They refused to replace the dish or exclude it from the receipt after 30 minutes of disputes, the fish was redone, which was still + 40 minutes to the waiting time, nothing changed, I had to pay the bill and go to another institution

Check the receipts, the dish has been cleaned. Draniki waited for an hour, the guests were extremely unhappy: they came to the kitchen and said that they were ashamed in front of the guests, they sat for more than an hour. No one received their orders except for drinks. The waiters did not approach the guests, turned away, although they were not to blame, but they needed to explain to the guests what was wrong and ask if they would wait? The waiters did not bring the menu when they arrived and we took advantage of what was on the tables. Drinks were not listed on that menu, even water and tea, so we had to approach the waiters ourselves and ask if there was anything to drink. There are 2 teas in the order and both were served in kettles with different temperatures. 1 The tea was summer and poorly brewed. (+we waited an hour for the order) They didn't serve spoons with sugar and tea, so we had to look for waiters again.
By the way, this is the first time in Lida and the first institution. I really hope that you just had a bad day, but it was extremely unpleasant, especially at the end with the fraud in the receipt.
