Самое медленное обслуживание за 2 недели нашей поездки по Беларуси. Ресторан чисто туристический, единственное место с нормальной едой у подножья замка. Мы зашли БЫСТРО перекусить перед посещением замка и получили еду через...2 часа после заказа. Никаких особенных претензий к самой еде нет. Вкусно, свежеприготовленное. Нас было 7 чел и у всех все было вкусно. Но к моменту как это принесли нам уже и тухлый слон показался бы вкусным. В какой-то момент мы наблюдали как заказанные нами блюда получают люди, которые пришли на час позже нас потому что (как нам объяснили) их официантка перехватила заказ на выдаче...и, главное, на наши вопросы и просьбы никто совершенно не реагировал, ни извинений, ни скидки, ни комплимента от зведения. Чесночные гренки принесли нам, когда мы уже съели закуски, супы и горячие блюда и встали чтобы расплатиться...

This institution has only one advantage - location. That's all. The menu is small. There are questions about cooking - in a salad with honey mushrooms, be prepared to meet foreign branches, the spout will fall out in the sugar bowl, the pancakes will be fried from the freezer and wait for them for 20 minutes. I do not recommend it.

It is very tasty and fast enough if you are not in a hurry. We waited an hour and ate. It's very atmospheric, there's a castle outside the window. The waitress girls are very pleasant and polite in communication. Not everything was on the menu (cream soup), but the grill card and the national kitchen are available. The toilet is present, but we did not use it.

Заскочили с мужем после экскурсии. Место популярное и современное. Ребята-сотрудники - большие молодцы. Были предупредительными и расторопными. Я заказала салат с лососем, а муж какое-то мясо. Причем, девушка-официант на этапе выбора блюд акцентировала внимание на том, какое из них достаточно жирное, это было очень кстати. Заказ принесли быстро и все было вкусно! Рекомендуем!

Very tasty cuisine. They took a cold brew on kefir, meat with mashed potatoes, pancakes, garlic croutons. We drank Lida kvass and beer.
They gave 67 bel rubles for everything. It's cheap by Minsk standards.

We are disappointed with the level of service. The youth works, which was apparently taught in the spirit of the worst Soviet canteens. We got on an intern who tried to get us out of the institution, arguing that the bar had run out of mugs))) This recommendation should have been heeded and sent to a decent institution. Later it turned out that there were mugs, the faucet was just malfunctioning and the beer was pouring for a long time. We were in no hurry, so we agreed to wait. There were three families, and we initially asked to split the bill! Of course, the bill was brought to us in common and we had to divide it into parts ourselves, and the trainee girl merged somewhere. An extra mug of beer was included in the bill. When they noticed this circumstance, they went to watch the cameras and watched them for half an hour. They proudly informed us that they had indeed made a mistake. Not a word of apology. Girls and boys! Do you really think that three grown men with wives and a child want to knock you over for a beer for 6 Belarusian rubles. The bar at the Lida Castle is well located, but the whole impression of a cozy clean city was shattered by the complete lack of professionalism of the employees of this catering. In general, it was a great shame that such an attitude could still be in the modern world! The city is beautiful and well maintained, but the service is a village!

Приехали посмотреть Лидский замок. Заведение крайне удобно расположено в этом плане. Рядом есть и парковка. Были в будний день в районе 17ч, был один свободный стол. Остальные столы были либо заняты, либо забронированы. Кухня частично открытая, можно наблюдать за приготовлением блюда. Заказ приняли быстро, принесли тоже. Брали супы и картофель дольками. Еда вкусная. Персонал вежливый. Цены адекватные. В целом кафе понравилось.

Yesterday we were "lucky" to visit this place. We were chosen according to a high rating (but then we saw the rating for Google maps at 3.9 stars and realized what was the matter). Many of the dishes we were going to order were not on the menu. The young man and I had to order a pork neck in orange sauce. At first it seemed that a strange smell was coming from the pork, but we thought that it smelled like canned honey, but that was not the case. It turned out that it was just rotten pork. As a result, poisoning and a ruined weekend. The waitresses are slow, the appliances did not bring, I had to go and ask for them myself, they always forget something. I highly recommend it if you do not want to get poisoned and spend an hour and a half waiting for one dish.

Искали где возможно быстро и вкусно покушать всей семьей и по рекомендации попали в это замечательное заведение . Приветливый персонал и великолепная кухня , достаточно быстро все было приготовленно. Солянка выше всех похвал. Живой, темнвй квас показался на вкус как пиво, прикольно . Было очень вкусно .

While visiting my mother-in-law, we visit this bar with my wife and friends. I especially like to sit on the outdoor veranda in good weather. If it gets colder, they will always offer a blanket. The kitchen is good, delicious. Portions are not small. They serve kindly. If there is any left, they will pack it with them.The price tag is probably a little above average, often you don't fit. I can recommend it.
