A completely small polyclinic for our district, a lot of young specialists, the MOST BUDGET ultrasound from the bonus!!. Of course, on a paid basis, massage therapists are also from God)
A very good massage was not even expected, the back passed the administration, please reward the massage therapists, they have very hard work. thank you)))
I would like more attention from the doctors of this clinic!less sitting under the office and most importantly getting to a neurologist and cardiologist without a referral from a therapist!!and more salary for all doctors and nurses!!
Classic GP of Minsk. Stability is everything. A ticket to the therapist is an hour and a half to wait, without a ticket - an hour and a half to wait. The shortage of specialist staff in all its glory. The poor doctors are under an exorbitant load... The principle of "Well, what did you want?" They mixed up the results of the covid test, and I'm a teacher at school... Well, it happens)))
Thank you so much for your attention, timely provision of qualified assistance to the doctors of the Tour O N, Gasul D V, Naumovets T N, the nurse of the covid brigade, to my great regret, I could not find out the name that went to the house on 11/23/2021 to take blood and do a cardiogram. I wish you all good health and great patience!!!

A small polyclinic, there are a lot of people, it's a long time to wait, but the workers are well done, the doctors are good, they approach treatment responsibly
I was looking for a lot of places to do an ultrasound of the vessels and veins of the lower extremities, I called 131 and was offered 13 on a paid basis.
In the city, this place suited me the most. After the ultrasound, I came out happy. A wonderful doctor told me about my questions and answered my questions. Therefore, now if on a paid basis, only here!!!

A wonderful clinic is especially good at what they do - Violeta and Alina! Wonderful doctor's assistants, and very beautiful !!!😍🤪
The most difficult thing is to get to a therapist, if you go to the first shift, it's better to come in half an hour, if you go to the second shift, it's better to come in an hour. And ECG is now done on coupons, keep this in mind
Polyclinic as a polyclinic. There were always a lot of people before the pandemic. Coupons were rarely available. I really don't like the fact that they are building blocks along Bede Street and pushing everyone into this clinic and instead of expanding it, they are selling shit on the territory of the clinic, which does not fit into the overall picture at all.
The best polyclinic in Minsk! They will always tell you, tell you and do not be rude, as is usually customary in polyclinics) yes, there are queues, but they are somehow normally transferred and constantly move and do not freeze for hours.
Even with coupons, you can sit under the door for more than an hour, and without a ticket on a first-come, first-served basis to the therapist - I didn't want to try... There are not enough doctors, nurses... The polyclinic is too small for too many people related to it. Although the head and staff seem to be trying to keep some level, but it's difficult ...
In general, "free" medicine is still a quest!...
The terrible attitude towards patients, if the receptionist knows even less what banal respect is, then this apparently does not apply to therapists, as well as to the head. It's not very pleasant when you come and they send you without explaining their treatment system and which doctors to go to.
There are not enough doctors, there are always queues, as everywhere else. They do not give you a card in order to view or photograph the results of tests or ultrasound, you need to order a card to the pre-medical office and sit in line there.

They won't help you much here, it's better not to waste time, go to a private clinic for a fee, maximum tests.
This is my nightmare. To write out tests in order to get a referral to the hospital, I went through hell. I was chased around the offices for 2 hours until I raised my voice. Then a week later, I spent two hours looking for the results of these tests. Tin!!!
The clinic is next to the house, which is convenient. There is a lack of new equipment, new doctors lack knowledge, and older ones lack attention to patients. In general, it is a typical state polyclinic, but this one is cozy and the staff is polite.
The service is creepy. There are no specialists. There is a queue for the therapist for half a day. It has not been repaired for half a century. You're going back in time. There is no parking.
What can you expect from a regular clinic? Nothing new. Queues, shifting patient cards from one office to another, doctors with "special features"...
Only the doctor and her assistant in the "dirty zone" were pleased. They quickly took a swab for covid, explained everything and sent it home.
A completely normal tolerable polyclinic with sane staff. There have never been any problems with medical records. The residents were quite normally lucky.
Alas, the number 13 determines its further functionality;(
There is a catastrophic shortage of specialists. For older people, there is no elevator specifically.

During a pandemic, sending people with symptoms of SARS and a lack of sense of smell to work without a sick leave, without prescribing a banal blood test is amazing. Bravo, we continue in the same spirit - and there will be no one to treat.
It's high time for half of the doctors to retire and remember that the Soviet Union collapsed. In principle, what kind of bosses, such subordinates are people who lag behind modern approaches, with a complete lack of any ethics and common sense.
Take care of your time and health - get insurance and go to private medical centers. Fortunately, there is a lot of choice now.
