Leaves much to be desired. Some of the doctors are in other clinics. There was a need to monitor eye pressure twice a day, but this opportunity was not provided, because there was no doctor in principle, and the nurse worked in shifts. Nevertheless, I would like to mention the wonderful staff of the physiotherapy room, that's where there are no questions - polite and friendly service relieves pain by itself). Thanks, girls. The polyclinic has long needed a new building and staff expansion, as the population of the neighborhood is growing.
An unacceptable smell at the entrance to the building, eternal problems with the workload of offices and doctors, no one in one office, 20 people in the other (analog). Not to mention the doctors themselves, who come to the profession of a therapist (very young) but do not even know where, what is in the clinic, but without their conclusion they will not close any certificate or sick leave...you need to sign up for them a month in advance, otherwise you will never find them on the spot
Huge queues. I don't understand what's with the coupons? They give you a ticket for Monday, and on Friday (when I took the ticket) not a single person and the medic is out of work!? Is it not possible to take a live turn? The card was lost (thank God after 2 weeks it was found at another address). In general, as always. I have been in service since 1982.😊
You can't expect anything more from a state institution. The shortage of staff affects the entire clinic, hence the problems with queues (especially in therapy) and with the availability of coupons. It is simply not realistic to get through to the help desk during "rush hours" (old technologies, again, lack of staff). Anyway, the building itself is old. It is high time for our officials to pay attention to this institution and expand the building, make it possible to take an elevator (this is the number 1 problem for people with disabilities). After all, the city center, the population is dense and growing every year.
Well, how can clinics be set up more? The queues are long, the building is old, the doctors are rude. The standard of the polyclinic of the post-Soviet space
It's a mess in all institutions with coupons. How does a working person get to an appointment at all? 1- get there at five in the morning and take a queue of 20 people (despite the fact that there are 5 coupons, no more). 2- hang on the phone for half a day, trying to get through to the help desk or reception, and hear that coupons are issued on a first-come, first-served basis in the morning.

Medicine is at a high modern level in our country only on television and in the media. And in the 13th polyclinic, even getting an appointment with a therapist is problematic.
