The Lagman here is excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. However, it's worth noting that the interior feels a bit budget-friendly and they don't serve coffee. On the bright side, the atmosphere is quite friendly.

They cook very tasty, the portions are large and hearty. But lately, scandals in the kitchen have been disappointing. It's unethical to swear at your chefs for the whole restaurant. Especially when the glass is transparent and everything is audible. Also lately I feel that some ingredient (cabbage, I think) that I add to the lagman is not fresh. I tried several types of lagman from them, each of which pleased me more than the previous one. It's really delicious. Nice interior and good service. The fried mantas were somewhat upset, but these are small things.
UPD: Since they moved, the level of the institution has dropped several times - loud and disgusting music is constantly playing, the staff counts flies and it is sometimes very difficult to get through to anyone, even in a half-empty institution. Lagman seems to have remained the same, but the pleasure in general has dropped significantly.

They have several branches, one of them is in Samarkand Darvoza on the food court, I often eat there. I strongly recommend to all those who want to try a really delicious, rich and satisfying liquid lagman with broth. Photo attached

The place was empty anymore, there were 2 tables for the whole hall, they said that there were a lot of people at lunch. We ordered 2 chuchvars, a flatbread, and 1 fried manta ray (I wanted to try it, the price for the city is high, I thought something special would be) the order was prepared for a long time, but if the dumplings were cooked to order, it's a big plus, and the waiting time is justified. This is not a restaurant and they don't know about the courses here. Therefore, when the soup was brought to us, I asked when the mant would be, they said that it was still being prepared, we began to eat slowly, chatting in between, in general, we spent probably about 40 minutes in the institution, we finished the soup when we came to clean the plates, I asked when the mant would be, they said it was still being prepared, I asked if it was for sure? There was a fuss in the kitchen with the waiter, no one came up and explained anything, I went to the cashier myself and asked if he was cooking? The waiter even said they forgot. I said that in that case there was no need to cook, so we went. I sat down and waited, no one carried the receipt, went to the cashier myself, the waiter did not know or could not remove the mant from the receipt. Some lady came out, deleted it, gave out a check, the amount is not high, 3 positions for 55 thousand, but they charge 15% for service, I say maybe in this case, since you forgot to cook, remove the service fee? She answered no. The order was taken out to you, I say, but not completely, she says, they say, and so she deleted the manta ray, I say so we did not receive it, she says that it is being prepared, I say they forgot about it, she says no, it is being prepared. I say do you have an administrator? She says, "Am I listening?" I realized that nothing could be solved with this person, clearly does not understand anything about working with a client and resolving such situations. An adult girl of Slavic appearance, I think she studied to work in cafes / canteens. But for an institution that is not the format of ordinary home / national cafes, of which there are many in Uzbekistan, having an Instagram and dealing with professional (at least) photos of the institution should also deal with the staff. Especially by their senior members.
I liked the tortilla and the soup was not bad. I let down the irresponsible attitude of the waiter at two tables, and the negative impression of the administrator's work. Since I stayed nearby for a long time, I thought about going there more often than once. But I will probably refrain from visiting again.
