I consider it my duty to inform you about the greed and treachery of the representatives of this store.
A year ago, I bought an Iphone 15 pro max from them, and they gave me a 10% discount on my next purchase. A year later, with this discount, I came to buy a MacBook from them for almost 20 thousand dollars. There were unpleasant feelings from the very beginning, when they refused to fulfill their obligations and agreed to give a discount of only 2.5%, but this is just the beginning.
The store announced that the Macbook was fully ready, and a week later the recipient flew from Moscow to Dubai to pick it up. As a result, it turned out that it was not ready yet, that we had to wait for it to dry, and they asked us not to turn it on for three days. He was brought in a few hours before departure.
When these three days had passed and the product was dry, it turned out that the Macbook was not charging. We ordered a new charger and a new adapter. The problem was not solved, the computer was either charging or not. We wrote to the store, they replied that they could not help remotely, and we needed to take the goods back to Dubai.
They looked at the Macbook for several days, said that they had identified a malfunction in the software, and wrote that they were solving the problem. After it became clear that they would not be able to solve the problem and would need to fly from Moscow to Dubai again, I started talking about compensation and began expressing my indignation that they had not checked the macbook they were working with, and in general their attitude towards customers. To which they immediately came up with a disappointing annoying answer that the laptop was allegedly filled with tea or some other sweet liquid. They provided photos with liquid stains in places on the Macbook where it couldn't get at all. They opened the laptop without the presence of customers on their own. They said that they would only deal with it further if we signed a document about this fact. And all this again a few hours before the plane. I had to pick up the goods and fly to fix them in Moscow at my own expense.
I am disappointed with the experience of dealing with this store and feel cheated. Starting from the fact that I didn't find any Leronza stores
in London (when I see such a logo, it feels like it's a world-famous company, but in fact, it's just a showroom in a not-so-famous Dubai shopping center) and ending with the fact that the Macbook was in a box and couldn't get into the liquid in any way. and that there was no way the tea could get to the designated place on the MacBook from the outside.
The photo shows a Macbook with stains that we were sold with, and they said it would dry out.
