One of the attractions of the French capital, the Red Mill cabaret in the Red Light district in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. Now it is already a classic, a cabaret with a century-old history, founded in 1889. The cancan dance became a hallmark, striptease was performed here for the first time in 1893.Lutuz-Lautrec was a regular at the institution, and he painted several paintings about it. Charles Aznavour, Edith Piaf, and Mikhail Baryshnikov performed here.. A wonderful, colorful program, dancing, magic tricks, incredible costumes. They give you a small bottle of champagne to drink during the performance. I watched the show "Extravaganza" there, where, among other things, dancers swim in a pool with snakes, very cool! I remember the ticket cost about 115 euros, it's interesting that the ticket is for a late show (at 23 hours) it costs less. A cultural place. Being in Paris, it would be nice to visit.
Before entering the cabaret, you need to stand in line for about half an hour, in a room that looks a bit like an unsettled recreation center from the past. It was possible to approach a little later so as not to crowd in the queue. Then everything is fine. We took tickets to a table in the stalls, where champagne was already included. The show is worth a visit. Cancan, singers' performances, artists' performances are all at a very decent level. After the performance and going outside, there is a great view of the cabaret. The famous red mill in the backlight looks like on a postcard. A pleasant bonus to this view and impressions of the performance of the artists is a walk through the evening Montmartre. In general, the legendary cabaret, the legendary area of Paris and a good mood after a visit.
To paraphrase the Classic -
"If only I'm alive,
The Moulin Rouge Cabaret,
I'll look at the girls"!
Briefly about the main thing -
"It's expensive, but it's still better to take tickets with champagne, adds fun and courage"!
The main thing is short for Macho men in their prime and Ladies who are always a little over 18 years old:
"... if you have a choice, then I would recommend Crazy Horse..."!
This is the third time in the Moulin Rouge and always like the first! The girls are stunningly selected, the musical accompaniment and power tricks are just Wow! Be sure to go, you won't regret it!
The Moulin Rouge is a classic cabaret in Paris built in 1889, one of the most famous and hard—to-reach attractions in Paris. We were not with my wife in January 2024 on the show. Everything is wonderful and beautiful.
- A star for the fact that the tickets were bought 3 months in advance, but they were not planted successfully. After the showdown, the table was changed. I liked the show. The children are delighted.
The ticket price without champagne is 135 euros. You need to book a ticket about a week in advance. Come early. People are sitting at tables of 6 people. The whole crowd slowly moves into the hall and the workers escort the guests to the tables, seating them at their discretion. Filming is prohibited. I liked the show. I recommend
An iconic place not only for Paris. It's expensive, but it's still better to take tickets with champagne, adds fun and courage. It's worth going once, but if you have a choice, then I would recommend Crazy Horse…
An amazing show, bright, funny, much more spectacular than I expected. It's a pity that tickets need to be taken much in advance - there was no dinner for a month.
I was in this place a long time ago, celebrating a birthday with my father. My ideas about places like cabaret were at the level of a strip club. But when we took our seats, I realized that I had never been so wrong in my life. You may not like France for a lot of things, but this place, full of beautiful faces, bright colors, classical loud music, and all this mixes into a perfect harmony of mind and body, will not leave you indifferent until the end of the performance
It is overrated to sit and look at half - naked girls when the Internet is full of different shows and performances .I think it's better to save time and money and walk around the beautiful city of Paris than to see a diverse audience. It's not really relevant, but everyone has their own preferences, of course.
The Moulin Rouge cabaret is as wonderful a part of the history of this great city as the Eiffel Tower, the Grand Boulevards, Champ Elise, is never empty, which means it is liked and very popular, before of course foreigners were brought by buses, now everything changes with famous events, many theaters in the city have closed, the Louvre is empty, but I I think the bad things will pass soon and cancan will gather its viewers again!!!
An incredibly colorful and enchanting
sight!! I advise you to definitely visit! And do not refuse champagne - watching such a show with a glass is a real holiday!
If you bought tickets to the Moulin Rouge, you do not need to use the locker room, because each rented raincoat, coat or jacket will cost you 2 euros, you can hang it on a chair)), and so the show is enchanting, hurry up, the program will change soon..and order champagne, not coke or juice or wine..so that it would not be excruciatingly painful))

Not bad, the costumes are great. but the main performance is broken up by circus acts, clowns. It resembles the circus of the Zapashny brothers.
