Our reservation was prepaid and confirmed by Kristina from 14.08 to 02.09. Initially, the Palm Grove was found in the search on the Islet website.roo. He fully complied with the requests. Next, I found the guest house group in VK and contacted Kristina personally, whose contacts are listed on all sites where this guest house is mentioned.
There is also a Telegram chat group where Kristina periodically writes information and answers questions. Already at the group stage, I was confused by her behavior. A person does not perceive criticism or feedback at all. He immediately deletes negative reviews, writes messages in response, in which, of course, people turn out to be fools and did everything wrong. In the group, you can only praise her, what a wonderful hostess Kristinochka is, a hard worker and how tired she gets, there are several such active "defenders" there.
But since there are still positive reviews, I thought and hoped that we would be lucky and there would be no problems.
On August 14, before arrival, I personally called Kristina to let her know that we were going. Kristina said that "everything is fine, we are waiting for you."
We were informed at the Palm Grove reception that our room was occupied on August 14th. He has been free since August 15th. The receptionist suggested that we stay in another place for a day, and then move back in with them. This option did not suit us with moving back and forth. We drove for a long time, with 2 children.
In a conversation with the administrator, it turned out that Kristina was not the owner of the Palm Grove at all. That the real owner lives in another country, rents this house to them. And Kristina is something like a settlement agent, a realtor. And she has several guest houses. And they are all terrified and suffering from Kristina's work.
She has a huge number of joints. For example, a transfer ordered from her does not pick up people from airports at night, and armor plates are a common thing. He does not fulfill many of his agreements. And she does not return the prepayment for non-settlement through her fault, throws people for money and accommodation.
The administration refused to communicate with her about our problem, saying that she was nobody to them, had nothing to do with them and they were already dreaming of getting rid of her. When asked why they are still working with her and do not leave their direct contacts, they shrug and say that the contract is already the end of the season.
I called Kristina myself. Of course, she made the administration of the Palm Grove look like idiots, allegedly, there is a free room according to her data. She said she would call them to sort it out.
She calls back very quickly, informs that it turns out that this version of the room is under repair, and the Palm Grove did not warn her. If Kristina were the hostess, would she really not know that the room was under renovation? And what does the repair of some room have to do with it, if the desired option is available for the entire period just before September 2, but not from August 14, but from 15? A coincidence? I don't think so!
She immediately resets to me the number of the place where we can come for the entire stay and that she has already agreed on a discount, supposedly it is her brother. During the time that has passed between calls, it is unrealistic to call one place, find out the issue there, then call another place, arrange there, also reset the number and dial me. Clearly, it was Kristina's joint.
Next, we arrive at the place whose contact was given by Kristina. First, she gave me a blocked number. He didn't answer. Secondly, she gave the wrong address. Even here it's a joint.
At first glance, we realized that we would not stay in this place for the entire period. The place is still in the process of construction and arrangement, water problems, Wi-Fi does not catch in the room, there is no kitchen, the air conditioner is weak and can not cope with the heat, dirty old mattresses, beds are also outdated, and there is no other furniture except beds in the room. The owner himself said that he was not a brother. And that we are far from the first who came from Kristina to him, whom she dumped with a reservation. Even on the same day, there were people too.
As a result, Kristina recorded a voice message to us with an offended intonation that we would not stay with her "brother" for the entire planned period ("well, everything is clear then, guys") and stopped contacting us. She also does not respond to the request to refund the money for the reservation.
Kristina also has guest houses, the armor of which she manages. You can also find more negative reviews about Kristina's fraud on other sites with rental offers at the resort. Where possible, it removes reviews. Or he responds with something in the style of "the fools themselves, they are to blame." Therefore, be careful if you see the name Kristina in the contacts of the selected location. It's a pity that she defames such a beautiful name.

I wrote to Kristina on Whatsapp (8 988 418-55-2*) about wanting to book one of the guest rooms, clarified that silence and all amenities (toilet, bathroom, hot water, etc.) are important for us, because we were traveling with a small child.
We arrived at the guest house late at about 23-00. They couldn't find how to get to the house and couldn't get through to Kristina for more than an hour (to which Kristina replied: "I don't know where you called").
The locals, for which I thank them very much, helped and took me by car to this house.
There we were met by the hostess of the house, a pleasant woman T.Sveta showed me the room and the kitchen. There were complaints about the house, but since it was already very late and we were tired from the road, we decided to stay and then decide what we were doing next, we needed time to find a new place with a child. The living conditions in the house did not suit us. I would like to note that Kristina talked about: a dining room on the territory, the sea is a three-minute walk away, a playground. In fact, neither one nor the other. We go to another guest house for breakfast with the child. There is a hotel nearby where they are supposedly ready to feed us, but in fact the hotel only feeds the guests. The sea, on foot with a child on his shoulders for 20-25 minutes on the roadway.

We paid Kristina for a week of accommodation, we agreed it would be a trial, then we extend it for another 3 if everything suits us. On the third day of our stay, when we found a new home, we informed Kristina about our departure and asked for a refund for the remaining days of our stay (2300r*4= 9200r), to which I receive the answer that there can be no conversation about this, the money is not refundable. Kristina did not even ask the reason for her departure and did not try to find out what was wrong, she talked openly. They handed over the keys to the landlady's son, because she was at work, said goodbye and left. But something else hurt me!!!
A couple of weeks later, our friends were supposed to come to the same house, but they received information about accommodation from us and decided to refuse and return the reservation, which was also refused. Kristina, realizing that she is losing customers, begins to brazenly lie to them and say that I cannot be trusted, that I am deceiving my friends with living conditions, and in general I turn out to owe money at a local store (which I have never been to), and about the money not returned to us in 4 days, she I've already safely forgotten.
A friend immediately wrote a negative review in their telegram, which was quickly and safely deleted🤣
As a result: not very polite communication, when talking, they immediately switch to "YOU", although I continued to communicate with "YOU".
