I'm facing a problem: as soon as priority is acquired, negative reviews immediately appear that are not confirmed by official sources, and 2GIS does not delete them. This violates laws on the protection of business reputation, such as Article 152 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Article 143 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as laws on information and data protection: Federal Law No. 149-FZ "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection", Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" in the Russian Federation and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On personal data and their protection".
Support for the service is extremely slow, which is especially inconvenient for large advertisers. We cannot effectively host with such a feedback confirmation system, since an account with unjustified negativity leads to financial and reputational losses. Why does the service, declared as a reference book, not protect the interests of advertisers and allow negative information without its legitimate confirmation?
