The building is large, everything is very convenient, everything is done, the electronic queue, finally everything comes to civilization in Tashkent, it is very pleasing. The queue is not big, but get ready to come several times, because the first time you will receive the documents you need. I came 5 times for the cadastre, I'm sitting waiting now they say the system is not working. There are people who came to the eighth rasch.
I came to this "institution" once again, now I have to change my rights. I took the number and successfully waited for half an hour. Going into the office to clarify why it took so long, I found out that the system was not working-wait or come back tomorrow. They were not surprised by anything new in their mess.
And so the next day I'm back here. And what do I see? I don't see anything new, the system is working, but THERE is NO OPERATOR!!! I've been sitting waiting near an empty office for 30 minutes, the time is 16.00.
The staff is adequate and polite. But there are not enough of them, some operator's seats are empty, and a large queue is formed. There are not enough parking spaces, especially during rush hours.

The service is weak. The boss himself tries to solve everything. The queues for obtaining a foreign passport are terrible. We stood with an elderly sick mother for a whole day and did not get into the office. She also felt bad about the attitude of Russian young men.They explained that it was necessary to wait for the passport for another 2 weeks and if we did not have time to submit it, then trouble would happen. They stood there all day and the staff couldn't persuade one person to let them through. The Russians are behind the registration and a large influx and a passport to issue in order to fly urgently on time for treatment did not work out. Young men do not show respect either to women with children or to pensioners. The building is beautiful and the staff are trying, but they can't settle the queue. Lost time and it is not clear when it will be possible to get a passport at all. We will try to take the queue again from 7 a.m. so that we can go in at 9 and try to break through all day.
There are no basic concepts of how to organize work in the interests of the population. The queue, there is only one camera for taking photos - there should be at least three.
The fact that the building is new and equipped with furniture and amenities does not solve the problem of obtaining or processing a particular document. It's a disgrace!!!
Terrible service, I sat for 3 hours to get the key, and in the end all the employees did not finish their working day and began to leave, at about 17.30. The cashier at 6 o'clock did not want to accept money for the key! If the staff hadn't left, everything would have been finished on time!

Well done, they try to serve as quickly as possible. And there is a problem at the checkout. Not all cards are accepted. And the air conditioner is not working well
As always, everything is in one place. Why can't we make the staff shift and not leave for lunch with the whole staff, forcing people to wait an hour?! Coupons are unclear to whom they surrendered, everyone climbs without a queue, there is no administrator to help, people stupidly collect a bunch of coupons, not understanding what services they choose, and then they climb through a live queue anyway. I sat for an hour, my turn came, the holy lunch began and the door was closed in my face. And even the cafeteria doesn't work - "we don't have water." If it were possible to put minus five, I would put minus five. Instead of giant chandeliers and stucco, spend money on staff and improved service
