How I bought a battery from the First battery company. I fell for the reviews, but in vain!
Tuesday: The phone was found on the Internet quickly, but it was the first, and perhaps the only luck. A very polite employee listened to me attentively, asked me about the car model, the battery, etc. I described in detail exactly what I was looking for, and announced the necessary dimensions. We counted the possible discounts, and announced the price already taking into account the discounts. I was assured that I can pick up the battery at the pick-up point tomorrow. I bought the battery (it's my fault that I didn't check it right away, I just didn't pay attention, unfortunately, I was in a hurry), quickly returned to the garage and .... awesome! The battery is the wrong size! I call the manager again, wondering what he ordered for me anyway... It turns out that the young man hadn't even heard about the size I needed (which place he was listening to when I was voicing the dimensions was a big question), he didn't know that there were such things. After numerous calls and negotiations, it turned out that the goods of the sizes I needed would be in stock literally today or tomorrow, and they would definitely be delivered to me. I must also say that the delivery is carried out by the company vozim.by , that's another "gift" too.
Wednesday: A call from a specialist was received around lunchtime. He said that the goods were in stock and would be delivered to me tomorrow, i.e. on Thursday morning.
Thursday: at about 10 a.m., the carrier's operator informed me that from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., the battery would be delivered to the address I indicated (this is not before lunch). They didn't arrive or call me until 6 p.m. I'm calling everyone I can again. In the process, it turns out that they have delivery up to 23 hours! I get through to the courier, who didn't seem like he was going to come to me. But I got into the situation and offered to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow! I agreed. Delivery has been agreed with the operator for Friday. At the same time, I asked several times to put down a comment that I need delivery in the morning.
Friday: at about 3 p.m., the carrier's operator informs me about delivery before 7 p.m. (and I asked for it in the morning), and only after I explained that I was working the night shift and would not be able to accept the goods in the evening, they sent me to a meeting. Thanks to the driver, I arrived pretty quickly. There are no complaints here anymore.
This is such a week of hassle. I don't know about anyone, but I'm not going to contact this company anymore!
