Hello, I would like to tell you about the experience of buying a battery in this company, the Nord star battery has been working for about 6 months.if not less, after applying to 1 battery.the service said that the battery was out of order because there was a discharge, but I checked the electrical system of the car everything is in order. It was only after contacting the consumer protection Society and writing suggestions in the book that I was exchanged for another battery, while being forced to pay 50p more. Or they said we wouldn't change it at all!!! I had to agree. I highly do not recommend this company for sales and maintenance of batteries. If you want to get into trouble, it's here.

This is not the most conscientious organization. Built on lies and deception ! How many times have I traveled , how many times have I gone to them to be afraid of the truth !
I am a disabled person of the 2nd group, I called 1akb.by , he said that I needed a battery and named the brand of the car , in response I received phrases that "your car is not in our catalog" , agreed that I would go to the car and find the characteristics . After I named them , I was offered a battery ( I was looking for a non-expensive battery ) , we agreed on everything and expected delivery !
A man arrived in a car with 1akb stickers , I opened the hood , a 1akb employee removed the battery and put it in his car! I brought a new battery and here's the problem , it doesn 't fall into place . I don 't need to say that I brought you a battery with sides , I'm going to bring you another one now ! Two hours later, he arrives, but already in the hands of another manufacturer's battery and without boards! He installed it for me, the car turned on (I forgot to clarify that the car is electric made in China)!
I rode for 3 months , everything was fine , one day I opened the hood and saw that the electrolyte was leaking out from under the plugs and sticking onto the pallet on which the battery was standing , all white and with a strong rust coating .
I went to 1akb under warranty, the staff looked at it and pulled the electric lit from each well with a syringe! And they sent it , after a couple of weeks the wells are wet again ! I started exploring the Internet and it turned out that I have an EFB technology battery, and I sold a regular CA!I came to the office and said that they had made an incorrect selection of the battery , to which I received the answer that your car is not working properly . On the same day, I went to the diagnostics where everything is fine with the car (the diagnosis cost 65 rubles). With the diagnosis completed, I came back to the 1akb office and my application was accepted! I am waiting for an answer (your battery is serviceable and cannot be returned or exchanged!)
I have no questions about the battery, it works well!
I have a question about battery selection! Let my car not be in the catalog! Then for such cases there are manufacturer's websites where it is indicated which battery is being installed !
Secondly, an employee came to me twice, didn't he see that EFB was indicated in large letters on top?.
As a result, I came to the office more than once to clarify my question, what is the fault of the picker, they constantly refuse me with the phrases "buy a new one"!
It's such a shame that a disabled person of the 2nd group is not escorted away, and they wipe their feet!
I will try to go higher, write that the service was not provided with high quality, that rust appeared in my car due to the fault of the company! My native battery is in the photo!

I want to share my experience when buying a battery in this office. The first time I bought in Minsk, by phone, everything was OK.(We made a discount for handing over the old battery). The second time, buying in their company store and handing over 2 batteries, the seller refused a discount on the keychain (-5%), although handing over the old battery, the price for the new one turned out to be (-10%). With this approach, all desire to buy in this office has disappeared.

Think 100 times before contacting them!
I ordered a Topla Energy 100a/h battery on 09/16.24 (108000). According to the ASSURANCES of the consultant, the battery is fresh on the 24th year, well, at least it will be the end of the 23rd. The battery was delivered on August 2021!!! Which is already more than 3 years old and is already in the trash at the time and is not being sold as new... I think it's not normal to deceive your customers so meanly and waste their time.

I've never seen a worse office. Yes, they drive well in the ears when buying, but as soon as the question of warranty is asked, the fool himself. Last fall I bought a battery, it was immediately problematic, I even lit it several times in winter.I took it under warranty - they said you have a bad generator in your car (car 2020).the office is parasitic on another bona fide firm with a similar name.the reviews are screwed up.
I do not recommend it to anyone, even to enemies!!!

I bought a battery at the end of July, as winter came (minus) the battery sat down. I tried to pass it under warranty, and in response - they charged it, the battery is serviceable.
Now (a week later) the battery has sat down again.
By calling the call center, managers can't say anything intelligible except - the service works on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00. I also work, but the call center can't help in this case. Customer orientation at the level. I will try to pass it again, but something tells me that the answer will be the same.
The company cares only about the sale, but not about the quality of work with customers.
Also, I am forced to go to hand over the battery for machine builders 9a, but I have the right to bring and hand it over to any seller's store, and upon completion of the procedures, I will receive it there if necessary.
Result:
I highly do not recommend contacting the seller, because if you have problems with the product, you will have to spend a lot of time on useless trips to them.
Also, the selection of the battery was initially incorrect. I suspect that's the whole problem.

Один из лучших интернет-магазинов, которые мне встречались вообще. Удобный поиск по сайту, подтверждение заказа через смс с ссылкой, адекватный персонал, БЕСПЛАТНАЯ доставка в этот же день за мкад примерно через 4часа после оформления заказа, старый акб забрали в зачет, плюс еще и установка.
Спасибо за реально классный подход к своей работе)

Выбирал аккумулятор, но такого не оказалось в наличие, менеджер предложил альтернативы из нескольких моделей +- в том диапазоне цен и характеристик. Уточнили какие стоят клеммы (европа или азия), на всякий случай в заказл оформили переходники(бесплатно), которые как раз и понадобились. Понравившуюся модель привезли в тот же день часа через 2 после оформления. При необходимости снять старый акб и поставить новый- услуга так же бесплатная. А так же измеряют тестером остаточную емкость до и после нагрузки.
Отличные цены, общительные менеджеры, быстрая доставка, хорошая гарантия (зависит от выбранной акб)
