They came purposefully for beef tartare. As a result, a dish was served with some kind of freezing, ice is felt in the pieces of meat, the meat is insanely cold, the teeth are coming in, I am very disappointed. There has never been such a thing in other establishments on the same revolutionary street.
The rest of the ordered dishes are fine.

I haven't seen worse service in a long time. We were on 02.11.21, a company of 4 people.
The drinks were brought immediately, and the food had to wait 1-1.5 hours! And an hour later they brought three, one salad and hot, the other - nothing. We sat and waited for another half hour - they brought the hot stuff and after that the beef tartare. The guest has already eaten hot and full, and after 1.5 hours tartare. One star - the beer is delicious. I took 0.33 bottled light unfiltered.
