If I used to shop often in the 21st century, now the quality / price level is lower than the baseboard. Apparently, the next "effective" managers have recruited staff to match themselves: we don't care about customers, we only care about money!
Disappointment, that's what I feel from the 21st century website. Employees are not competent and cannot answer trivial questions. The steam cleaner has been under repair for more than a month and 2 times it could not be repaired. In those support, they are sent to an independent examination, not even to go to a meeting.
Pros- located nearby, works on schedule, orders are delivered on time. There were no other questions.
Cons- it's more about the store as a whole, not the pick-up point. The description of the delivered discounted goods did not fully correspond to the list of shortcomings. I bought a door for a bathhouse, with the stated drawback in the form of a chip on the box. After unpacking the cellophane, of course, not at the pick-up point, but before installation, it became obvious that the door frame turned out to be banally curved - one side was arched and the price of the box should have been the other .... and not because of the claimed chip ...... I think in the store about the curvature they knew.....
We regularly pick up orders here. Convenient location . Very friendly and attentive guys work on the issue. Only pleasant impressions from the service..

And in general, they did not fill out the warranty book of the tool itself, you cannot contact the service center, you cannot extend the warranty from the manufacturer!

The company is extremely incompetent in its work. You can still order some small things, but large orders are by no means!
I ordered kitchen modules, I thought I would move a young family into a new house in the first of September. The company, which calls itself the 21st century, has successfully missed all possible deadlines, has been postponed several times, and all the time they can only apologize and understand me! No clear explanations! And so it has been all summer! He even offered to go to Russia himself and pick up the goods .....
Tired of this circus. I will issue a refund of already delivered modules, cancellation of existing orders. If there are difficulties, the media, television, the prosecutor's office and the court will help me. I understand that the "21st" century has been imposed on all sides by a beautiful contract, where they can do anything with delivery dates and they don't care about customers - but I guarantee you a public response!
