First of all, a very long wait, 40 minutes to wait for an order is too much, whether it is due to the fact that employees take turns going out constantly somewhere or just the process of working in this institution is slow in itself. Secondly, the temperature of the feed until it reached the shawarma machine was already barely warm. Thirdly, the composition, I took a charm in St. Petersburg, where the composition included teriyaki sauce, which was not in the shawarma itself according to the recipe. The amount of pita bread and sauce is simply off the scale, which is why you don't feel the taste of anything that is inside, which raises the question of the quality of the products and whether they are trying to drown out the delay with sauce. Extremely terrible experience and just sorry for the money spent here.

We ordered the delivery of a Delicious kebab, asked them to sign (maybe they do it that way, I don't know), as a result, we mixed up the labels and my colleague and I only realized in the middle that this was not our kebab (we hadn't tried it before). Plus, the underweight of the branded kebab was almost 100 grams. I wrote to them on Instagram, they said that there would be a free branded kebab, when I asked how to pick it up, they ignored me :) Maybe someone was more lucky.
