Shawarma is normal, but it constantly falls apart or breaks in half.
The service is normal, but sometimes there are some errors. For example, it was that they confused the sauces paid for or asked not to put cucumbers, but they were there anyway, or they said to wait 12 minutes, and I waited for the order for 30 minutes.
And for such mistakes (constant), a simple "sorry" is somehow not enough.
I would like to make the service more thoughtful.
Well, really, do something with the shawarma so that it doesn't break in half, it's impossible to eat!
It does not depend on the cook or the type of shawarma, perhaps the problem is in unsuitable packages where the shawarma breaks.

We take shawarma here all the time, everything was always delicious. But the last few times we have come across rotten cucumbers, last time we did not immediately realize what it was, but today (10/13/2022) after such a shawarma, my husband and I had a stomach ache. This is not to mention the fact that the shawarma falls apart and turns into some kind of mess in this bag, as a result, you don't even finish eating it, because it's impossible to eat it.
