I bought two pairs from these shoemakers and was surprised at the perfection of their professionalism. Inside the white shoes, there is red leather in the toe area and it is logical that white or any light socks become disposable. In black shoes, the same joke, only white, brilliant! The skin inside the heel was worn off after a month and it was not possible to wear them. Arriving a year later without the purpose of receiving compensation or free repairs. The confused employee could not give a clear answer about the repair (at my expense) and offered a call to the owner. In the conversation, I heard the same defense position as from the employee - they say there has never been such a thing and here it is again. Shoelace rings were painted a month later, and then the laces.

But if you have expressed such a desire, I will try again to be clear. You didn't need top-class specialists to repair your shoes for an unreasonable price. A local craftsman completed it for 20 rubles. using materials of better quality than the original. It is a pity that, defending yourself, you do not take into account the facts of the actual use of your product. My appeal was due precisely to the fact that shoes quickly become unusable and their appearance deteriorates. This is not the last pair of shoes that were worn daily, for this reason it is not possible to verify its quality in 14 days. The second pair came to replace me and in it I came with feedback, to show by example what happened to the previous one and point out the shortcomings of the current one. The photo shows a month of socks and an indicator of the quality of a new pair that has been waiting for its time to operate, and not a deformity of the foot and your expert opinion.
Regarding the multicolored scraps of material for the inner, front part of the shoes, you also decided not to mention. The lining in black shoes is WHITE, in white it is RED. Thank you for your attention and honest feedback!
