It all starts with an "amazing" registry. The first time I tried to get there a year ago with a temperature of 38. They could only sign me up for a week later. It is not in my rules to pick up the ambulance tube while I am able to get to the doctor myself, so I took this service for granted. A week later, I tried to pick up my ticket, but they refused to give it to me, because I do not live at my place of residence (she is in another city), and there is no registration here. The only possible way to design the card was to show us the lease agreement. I had to persuade my friends to go to draw up a contract. And now they have issued us a card with him. At the same time, at all stages, a fairly boorish attitude was a faithful companion of our interactions with this institution.
Let's move on. We got an appointment with a therapist. She immediately seemed like a kind, polite specialist, took tests, extended her sick leave several times, but in practice it turned out that she absolutely did not understand what she was doing. According to the tests, she says that everything is fine, but I'm not getting better. At one of these receptions, she says: "I can't keep you on sick leave anymore, and your cough is stagnant, it will take a long time, so I'm closing your sick leave." At the same time, she did an X-ray for me at the very beginning and found nothing there, but listening to the lungs she said that everything was fine there, it was a mild SARS. Well, I believe the doctors....
I went back to work, a month went by, and the cough got worse and worse and worse every day. I tried to apply again. I was told that they can't open sick days that often. I agreed and left for another week, but fortunately the director of the company noticed my condition and simply sent me to a private clinic. They immediately took an X-ray and grabbed their heads: "In your condition, people usually lie like a corpse in the hospital, you only miraculously survived such pneumonia on your feet." And with these results, they were sent to the wonderful polyclinic number 23. There I heard that yes, something is really wrong here, let's get tested in a private clinic for sure, here's the name and go. I no longer remember what she wrote, but when I came to take it, I found out that this was a group of tests of more than 50 tests with a total cost of more than 500 rubles. They got into the situation and suggested which ones I really needed - I handed them over and returned to the therapist. She was surprised: "Oh, you did exactly what you needed." And then I was blown up, then the issue was resolved through the heads of the doctor, but in the end I had to get out of harm's way on a paid basis in a completely different clinic.
Over the next year, I decided not to close all medical issues here, so as not to waste time and nerves. And by the way, the time here is also rubber: despite the coupons, you will be sitting in line and there may be an endless stream to some therapists, while others may have 1 person at the reception per day, but not about that.
I had a chance to go to this nightmarish place for the second time: I passed a covid test on a paid basis using the PCR method and it turned out to be positive. I received the result by e-mail so as not to infect people. I'm calling for a doctor. They ask:

At the same time, she gave me a recommendation for an MRI scan with suspected hernia.

I don't understand at all why there is so much negativity and anger in her!? She looks relatively young. Is she really so unhappy at heart that she treats girls and women so rudely!? People are kinder to animals.
People go to her to confide in her, not everyone will be able to go to the doctor and open up about their problems. I have been diagnosed for 9 years and finally got pregnant. I do not know what is normal and what is not. Naturally, the worries, all these waits, I went TO the DOCTOR FOR HELP! And what is the result!? This is not a doctor for me! There is no trust in her at all! I will no longer be able to psychologically go to her for all months and trust her guidance. If she treats pregnant women this way, what attitude does she have just to a woman who came to the reception with a problem!?
