I had a really nice stay at 4Guest hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
The best part was the breakfast. There were many choices like eggs, sausages, toast, cereal, fruit, and juice. Everything tasted fresh and good. The dining area was clean and had plenty of space.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend 4Guest Hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. I would be happy to stay here again.

One of the best hotels in Armenia, offering excellent service and a friendly, accommodating staff. They were incredibly helpful in arranging taxis and guiding us to the most affordable restaurants in the area. While the location is slightly removed from the city center, a metro station is just a 2-4 minute walk away, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend staying in the apartments—they’re spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped.

Amazing hotel with the best service! My family and I are so happy to have found this hotel. The workers are always friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel are super clean.

An old building which renews and changed to hotel. It hasn't too guests all times and they may be not arrange and prepared breakfast if there is few guests.

An excellent hotel for connections in Yerevan in terms of price - quality ratio. We stayed with the family for a day, took a taxi to the center and shopping center in the afternoon. The room has two rooms, a bathroom, all accessories, bathrobes, slippers , water, tea , iron and everything else! I liked the cleanliness, the interior is nice in a new style, the furniture in everything else is almost new ... very friendly staff, everyone speaks Russian!

Great hotel. Clean linen, fresh rooms, there is breakfast in the morning in the restaurant. Breakfast is a bit expensive. The hotel is located in a residential area, there are few cafes and restaurants, but you can get a good night's sleep and relax. There is a metro not far away, it takes 15 minutes to get to the center.

I really like to stay here, twice a year, for three years now I have been staying only in it! Excellent service: attentive, very polite, pleasant staff: at the reception, maids, and cooks!!! The rooms are clean, cozy, clean, snow-white linen, towels! Beautiful beds, pillows!!! Everything you need: drinking water, kettle, bathroom accessories: toothbrush, paste, shampoo, gel, slippers!) I am a hotelier and restaurateur. I've seen a lot. But in this hotel I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, the staff is polite, pleasant, hospitable, but most importantly very educated. I learned a lot for myself. I will come to my hotel and I will definitely implement the ideas that I saw here.

On August 14, I booked a room at this hotel, or rather, I started booking through the yandex. travel app. At the moment of payment, I interrupted the process, because I realized that I had chosen the wrong dates, because they flew several times. But the payment went through anyway. Yandex wrote that they could not help, because the hotel refused. Yandex does not take responsibility, even though it is a program error. No other options are offered. And what impressions can you get about this platform and the hotel when you haven't visited anything, you've lost money, and neither side has even tried to solve the problem.
PS: fortunately, the hotel receptionist helped me resolve the issue when I contacted them directly. I stayed with them for 1 more night.

It is very convenient to work in the dining room during the day - they allow, there are whole rows of sockets near the tables - almost a workout)
There are even napkins in the room, clean, neat, looks modern. A large and super-soft bed. Of the cons: it's a little noisy if you don't close the window in the room with a view of the street.

The hotel has a cafe where you can order breakfast in the morning. You can also come to the cafe to work or have a snack at the tables. Or play the piano or backgammon there.
The hotel is located 5 minutes from the metro station, which allows you to get to the center in 10 minutes.

Very pleasant and polite people (as well as everywhere else in Armenia). The rooms are clean and fresh. Two disadvantages, very far from the center for such a price (we drove to the center by taxi for almost half an hour in the afternoon) and very small rooms. We didn't really enjoy our stay here. The room turned out to be very small, about 7m2, except for the bed there is almost nothing, there is even such a passage. The bed is not super comfortable, the pillows are huge, they are not comfortable to sleep on . Our room faced the street, which was very noisy at night. We didn 't sleep well .

I took reviews for 1 day between flights. Of the advantages: convenient location, clean enough, confused by the faint smell of cigarettes. Although the hotel was almost empty, I was put in a room with windows facing the road, sleeping without earplugs is unrealistic. I took the room with breakfast, but when I came to the restaurant, the chefs were sitting there and said that you did not warn us in advance, you cooked breakfast in front of me, without special clothes, collected from what was there, put dry bread. Not the most successful check-in, keep this in mind when you take a room.

A clean, peaceful hotel. Friendly staff. Cleaning is daily. It is a 5-minute walk from the metro. Nearby there is a supermarket, currency exchange, pharmacy. They didn't take breakfast. There is a veranda on the 2nd floor. It's definitely worth your money.
