We had a rest with my husband!!! To say well is to say nothing!!!It's amazing!!!A beautiful house, a garden that will not leave anyone indifferent, clean, cozy rooms.Kitchen - you can lick your fingers!!!!Natalia is a very intimate, wise, warm hostess, thank you for everything!!! She even provided us with a guide to these paradisiacal places)).We visited Gagry, New Athos, Chernihiv, Sukhum, Lake Ritsa...There are a lot of impressions, I really want to get to Saria more than once, to this clean, not crowded sea to these warm people!! Thank you for the warmth of your soul and the sea of positive impressions!!!I really liked the roosters!)))

At the end of August 2024, we rested in the village of Alakhadzy in the guest house "Saria". The only advantage of this guest house is the first line. That's it! And now about the cons: The first one is cows. They go and shit everywhere. The plot of land at the main entrance of this guest house is all covered with cow cakes. No one cleaned it up. It's disgusting! The second one is roosters and chickens. Chickens are jumping on trees, roofs, clothes dryers. The roosters (especially the gray one) approach the body itself and start yelling from early at night until late in the morning. I grew up in the village, I know roosters.. But this is simply impossible! The third is the territory of the guest house itself. It is well maintained only from the main entrance, and the rest leaves much to be desired. The fourth is the unsanitary conditions in the rooms. The bathroom has not seen general cleaning for a long time, and the room itself too. It wasn't even cleaned after the previous guests. The duties of the maid in preparing the room for the arrival of guests, as it turned out later, include only mopping the floors. And the rest???? The drawers in the chest of drawers were dirty, there were cobwebs on the ceiling in the corners, stains from dead insects on the walls, the bathroom was just a nightmare!! The pastel linen was of terrible quality. By the way, cleaning the room when guests stay in it is the responsibility of the guests themselves. You live for 10 days, 10 days by yourself and clean up. Moreover, there is no cleaning equipment in the room. The water in the shower was running in a thin trickle. It was impossible to wash my hair at all. The fifth is the work of household appliances. The refrigerator was working like crazy. They tried to adjust it, it was useless. Cheese and yogurt turned into ice. The microwave was there for show. She didn't work at all. There is no generator in case of a power outage. And it was turned off more than once. The sixth is the hostess herself. She is a very peculiar lady. Some people like them, some don't. This is a personal matter for everyone. And to summarize, I would like to say that this guest house is not customer-oriented at all. I don't want to go back there. Whether you go there or not is up to you. I hope that the hostess will read this review and eliminate all possible shortcomings. It is possible that other people will be happy there next year. Thank you very much to the hostess for her hospitality. We had an early check-out and didn't even have time to say goodbye. The place is gorgeous, the house is right on the beach, the first line. There is a cook, everything is delicious and homemade.
Yes, there are peculiarities in communication, it seems that they communicate rudely, but in fact they are a very responsible person and responsive. Before that, we lived in another hotel, where they promised to extend the room and eventually rented it to others and had to look quickly.
The yard is green, chickens are running around the yard, roosters in the morning, it reminded me of my childhood. I slept with earplugs, so it didn't hurt much.
If I'm going to rest in Alakhadzy, I'll choose again, since the first line and the dining room are on the territory, there is no need to bother with food and unnecessary walking back and forth.

Hello everyone From 3 to 8.08 I had a rest with my family in Abkhazia, namely in the village of Amzara at the Saria hotel. The service is at the highest level. Large spacious rooms, a large dining room, a Swiss table, we took only breakfast, I can't say for lunch and dinner. The pool, the bar, the entertainment programs are all wonderful. The staff is good. The sea is wonderful. In general, everything is fine. I recommend it to everyone.

My wife and I liked absolutely everything. And the room, and the hostess, and the dining room, and of course the location. 1 coastline, 2 minutes, and you're at the sea. The sea is clean, there are not very many people. Everything is compact and cozy. If you want to explore this beautiful country, I recommend contacting the hostess, and she will give you the number of the driver, who will take you on many interesting excursions for a reasonable fee. Andrey (the driver) is not a bad conversationalist and an expert on local history. And in general, a very pleasant person.
I definitely recommend it.

This year, we gathered all our closest ones and brought them to this hotel, as we have already rested there many times – we liked everything and everything was fine. But what was my disappointment when, upon arriving this year, we were faced with the outright rudeness of the hostess and staff, the check-in was not on time (three hours later!!) and not in the rooms that were discussed at the time of booking. A special shock was caused by the unsanitary conditions in the rooms, broken plumbing, which no one is watching, age-old cobwebs and dust behind the paintings, in the corners, behind the bedside tables, the toilet has not seen sanitation for many years. In the first two days, the electricity was turned off, which the hostess did not give a damn about. In previous years, there was a generator for such a case, this year it was not there, respectively, for two days we were without light, air conditioning (+35 outside), without a refrigerator (all products were spoiled) and water, to which the hostess did not offer any help. There was a microwave in the shared kitchen for some time, which, as it turned out, played the role of a dummy (the chicken in it could only get warm, but not warm up), on the third day it was modestly taken to scrap, without replacing it with anything. Also, when the gas in the cylinder for the gas stove ran out, we were offered to replace the cylinder ourselves. There were only three pots with 10 liters each in the kitchen. Using guerrilla methods, the neighbors got a small saucepan in which they cooked everything in turn. It was also shocking that when water leaked on the floor from a broken faucet, the maid suggested that we clean ourselves, accusing us of breakage and inability to use the faucet. The feature of this hotel is roosters and chickens roaming freely throughout the territory (including tables, clothes dryers, trees and the roof of the house), which they successfully shit on. Starting at two o'clock in the morning, a rooster begins to roar and we became dissatisfied listeners of opera singing, this is an alarm clock that does not turn off until at least 7 a.m. And I also want to add: during your sleep, you will be disturbed by a rustle behind the wall – do not be surprised, it is most likely rats, because you can hear their squeaking at night. I love Abkhazia with all my heart for its beauty, mentality, sea and mountains, but this hotel disappointed me to the depths of my soul, because by inviting my closest and dearest to this hotel, we expected a completely different reception, attitude and quality of service. I'm shocked!!!!

The place is great, but the hostess's attitude is terrible. He speaks rudely to his visitors, "there is no light - endure, and do not use water, otherwise there is little water," the dining room turned out to be not tasty, the neighbors were poisoned in it. The cost for a room for 3 people is 4 thousand per day, for this we received a room with 2 beds (1 double), air conditioning, a refrigerator and a TV, as well as a constant blackout, we spent the last day without it at all, for this we were not returned, at least one was fed in the dining room once, but no, it's better to be rude and not put generators, they earn a lot of money, but they can't put a couple of generators, even though they know the problem with electricity.

If you want to ruin your vacation, go there!!!! Horror, horror, and more horror. The hostess of this house is not hospitable, rude. This is not her house, but a barn. The room is dirty, the beds are terrible, or rather the mattress on the bed, it's just not possible to sleep, the feeling that you sleep on an air mattress, mosquitoes bit us there every night because there are only cracks in the house, there is a huge gap at the door to the balcony from above through which mosquitoes flew. The hostess has chickens and roosters, so the rooster started crowing every day from 3 o'clock until the morning, it's just not realistic to get enough sleep. The lights were turned off all the time, and the owner of this room does not have a generator. We sat in the dark for two days like in a cave.

We had a family vacation in August of this year. I liked everything very much. The sea is nearby, within walking distance. A minute and you're splashing on the waves of the Black Sea. The territory of the Saria Guest House is a paradise. There are a lot of flowers, palm trees, cypresses. Shops are nearby. Natasha is a very kind and friendly hostess with a subtle humor. We will definitely come again.

We had a rest in September 2022. I liked everything. Natalia is a harsh hostess, but very kind. Everything is very convenient and the territory is decorated with flowers and bananas. Wooden houses are comfortable. The shared kitchen is adapted for a large number of vacationers. I highly recommend this place, the sea is nearby, the beach is equipped, hiking to the sandy beach and the Fish factory and gardens of the former collective farm.

A large beautiful territory, of course, an ambiguous flavor in the face of two handsome roosters and chickens with broods, but personally I was not confused, sometimes there is more noise from people in the neighborhood). The sea is really nearby, I came out of the gate, a few meters and the beach, there are few people. Those who want more equipped beaches can walk on both sides to the main streets. A great place for a relaxing holiday!!!
A very cozy place located in the village of Alakhadzy (between Gagra and Pitsunda).In a few years, the infrastructure has changed, this is due to the construction of the Paradise Hotel, roads have been repaired, the beach has been equipped, more cafes and shops..but there were also disadvantages ..noise from these establishments.Music is constantly playing in the hotel (I personally came to relax, and not listen to it around the clock), and music from the cafe...This is a personal disadvantage for me, so I came to relax, and I can listen to music at home)

The place leaves much to be desired.
There are several residential premises on the same territory, in one of them we were "lucky" to spend three nights, after which we safely left it.
The main disadvantages are pets, of which there are countless roosters and chickens, and they became the last straw. They start yelling at 3 a.m. and they don't give a fuck that you came to rest.
The hostess is a very ambiguous person. When asked about roosters, whether they always scream like that, she replied that it was the first time that night, usually there is no such thing, but the next night it all happened again.
In general, her answer was: you came here to rest, so rest, and in general this is a village, what did you want?.
The room also leaves much to be desired.
There are cracks in the window frames the size of a little finger, there are no mosquitoes on the windows, and mosquitoes are everywhere at night, the bed creaked just tin, it was impossible to turn around so as not to wake up the neighbors, who could be heard very well behind the wall.
The toilet was running in our room, in the sense that it was running on the floor. There were water outages. The door to the toilet did not close, as it looked very distorted from moisture. There were also power outages during the day, although the electricity is turned off there only at night from 3 to 5 in the morning.

The room has a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and towels.
There are enough dishes for everyone in the shared kitchen.
Also on the territory there is its own dining room, the prices are not the most acceptable for understanding tea 35 rubles, per bag, but the cooking is not bad.
At the moment when we informed the hostess that we were moving out, she said that what a fool she was that she did not take money from us in advance, and we should be killed for this.
That's how it is.
In general, Abkhazia is a beautiful country, there are a lot of places worth visiting.
But it is very dirty in terms of unsanitary conditions.
Take smekta, filtrum and other medicines with you.
The pharmacy is very far away, 20 minutes one way on foot.

In the summer kitchen there is a kettle, pots, dishes - you can cook on your own. However, there is a cafe on site where excellent national dishes are prepared, as well as dishes to your order. The territory is surrounded by greenery of tangerine trees, vineyards, date palms and bananas, shrub flowers and other plants. To the beach, just go out the gate, 30 meters to the water. There are many shops with goods and grocery stores along the street. There are cafes on the beach that work late.

At first: that crumbling shack, more than once did not match the photo, kindly provided by the hostess. In the bungalow, and this is exactly it, the smell, probably even the stench, has probably been absorbed since the construction. The faucet is leaking, the hostess suggested simply to put a sponge: the nude is not audible.. The kettle does not turn off, it is necessary to guard the moment of boiling. Cabinet doors.... In general, when you try to open the closet, the door just falls off. The air conditioning and TV do not work, again, the hospitable hostess promised to repair it as soon as possible. The impressions of the house are simply disgusting. Next: when trying to leave the house, we got into chicken manure- chickens everywhere, absolutely everywhere, move freely, imagine a vacation with children. After asking about part of the above, the hostess began to squeal as if we were guilty of all the misadventures of this amazing republic.
To sum up: if you want to spoil your vacation, listen to nasty things, but live on the first line, then you are welcome... Personally, I do not recommend it to anyone, the time of the USSR has passed, when they rested, do not understand, for decent money
