I bought a dress at Reserved and brought it from the store immediately for repair. I don't like the decor in the form of beads on the straps and the sloppy seam at the bottom, I really wanted to put it in order. Knots are tied on the straps at the place where the beads are attached. That is, you need to undo the straps, untie the knots, remove the beads, and sew the straps into place. As soon as the woman heard what needed to be done, she immediately began, without listening to the rest, to say that she would not do it. I didn't understand what the problem was, I ask, is it technically difficult? At first, she began to say that she had allegedly already received such a dress and that she had spent two hours on it, since then she has not taken up knots. I think, well, maybe some kind of difficulty is to untie those that are tightly tied... untied one with her. She demonstrated that they are easy to untie, and that the inside of the strap is not wrinkled, that is, the appearance of the dress will remain. After that, she began to say that I hadn't really untied the knot to the end, and that she wouldn't do it in principle, that I could consider it her fad. And all this in a strange, nervous way. I didn't understand what was going on right away. Then, when she had already left, she realized that, apparently, there is some kind of sign that prevents a person from doing his job. At the same time, there were no solutions like that, so that she would open the straps in front of me, and I would untie these unfortunate knots myself. Or she could suggest sewing on other straps made of the same material. It is very unpleasant that the meaningless conversation lasted so long, because I really offered a solution to the issue and clarified exactly what the technical difficulty was (in order to decide whether to look for another studio or it is somehow difficult for all specialists and no one will undertake it). I am shocked that in 2024 there are people who behave like this, and they are also very nervous about simple requests for clothing repairs. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste from the conversation, the feeling that they were trying to kick you out with a wet rag. I don't recommend this place to anyone. If this dialogue had not happened, I would not have believed in the rest of the negative reviews on Yandex, but now I can imagine all these stories very vividly.
Terrible service, on the 10th I brought in to tame my trousers, they said they would be ready on 15-16, I came on 17, nothing is ready. We agreed on 20, I come on 21- NOTHING IS READY. "Wait 15 minutes, take a walk, I'll do everything." I arrive in half an hour, no one has taken up the order. If the load is high and one person is working, do not take up the order and do not fool people's heads. I do not advise anyone and I will not apply for anything else.
On the 4th I handed over a wedding dress to shorten the length, we agreed that I would take it on the 16th-17th.
I come on the 17th - the wedding dress is not sewn, although the master assured me on the phone otherwise and at the end said: "whoever is in place, let him do it."
The wedding is the next day…
