That's how they praise her in the store, but, as it turned out, all her advantages end exactly at the moment when you have to use her. The replacement fund, which was promised to be delivered within 3 days, came to me after 9, all my calls, questions were answered, they were not in stock, as they arrive, so they will arrive. To my objection that, according to resolution 778 on consumer protection, a replacement fund must be provided within 3 days, they replied that they did not obey this resolution, they had their own contract, which did not specify the time frame. As a result, the replacement fund arrived, I was glad that at least it came, but the story did not end there. We turn the car around, and there is no water supply rod included with it. And it would have been all right if, when I took my car for repair, they hadn't told me that all the hoses, instructions, etc. should leave with her. Further more interesting, the acceptance and transfer certificate in the package indicates that there is a hose. They answered my call to the store that they should have kept their own. When asked why it is in the act, they tried to say that this is a common package, once it was, now it is not, that they do not rewrite anything, and so on. Although the act is in my name and there is a footnote at the bottom that I am obliged to return the car to them with all the components specified in the act. I asked to bring a hose, the answer is: "we have provided you with a fund." I asked who else I could discuss this issue with, they answered me verbatim: "275 call if you want to talk"! I got through to number 275, and to my surprise, I was told that the replacement fund, if not in stock, should have been delivered within 3 days, and the hose with the car should be, if specified in the act. I was offered to submit a request to the store, but I no longer have the desire to communicate with those employees. I will buy a hose to make it faster, but the impression of the store and its employees is spoiled.
