It is normal for them to bring a NARROW (42 cm) washing machine and throw it on the street because there is a "narrow passage", despite the fact that another store brought and brought a refrigerator twice as large and a 75-inch TV into this "narrow" passage.
At the same time, all 3 times that I ordered, the drivers come impudent, boorish.
The conclusion is that the store is good, but think about it before ordering something big. Or at least do not pay for the order in advance, as I did, so that you can refuse the product in such a situation and let them take it back.
One star to attract the attention of the store's quality service, since no one is going to compensate me for the 100 rubles I spent additionally on calling two movers who brought this washing machine in 2 minutes. For the range and prices, a solid 4 should have been set.

How they deal with pricing for me, of course, remains just a mystery, let me explain: I want to buy a system unit for a child, I chose a position and monitor it for four months (not in a hurry), so that's what the strangeness is, its usual price is 3.300, (error is allowed), and when it came "Black Friday" the price of this block magically rose to 3.700!!!! I began to analyze some positions and came to the conclusion that the store, taking advantage of its position in the market, its monopoly, allows itself to literally rob, just brazenly rob people, unreasonably inflating prices for goods that, in principle, are not worth such money!!! Therefore, when going to the 5th element for shopping, analyze it 100 times, look for other options, do not allow yourself to earn money brazenly!!! This is a complete disrespect to the consumer, let them focus on installments, which they give out to everyone there, just to take the goods, but think, or better calculate how much both the store and the bank will earn for you, maybe it's better to collect the necessary amount and buy the goods cheaper, installments after all is how to pee in winter, It's warm right away, and then... but!!! We purchased a Polaris coffee machine for personal use on 10/22/2013. The staff service is very friendly and responsive, told about all the promotions held and described in detail the operating conditions of the product. The store is normal. The staff is not very good. They do not consult, but want to sell another one or which they are more interested in selling. It's impossible to get through to them at all.
A wonderful store. The assortment is pleasing. But the staff was most impressed - as soon as we entered the hall, the administrator immediately appeared (although I don't know exactly the position of the employee), clarified what kind of product we were interested in, invited the right consultant (came to us immediately). The advantages of the 5th element are few, in their online store operators do not always know about the availability of goods, they do not know the characteristics, when ordering another product comes to a particular store. It is better to go straight to the store and choose there, although there is a limited choice when the online store of 5 items has everything.
The only small joint that took me 20 minutes of time was problems with the systems: then the check did not break through and as a result they then canceled it, which took the same time, then bonuses are not read from my discount card. But these are small things, because everything was decided and the workers did well, they apologized for the inconvenience. Anything can happen! They are very competent and customer-oriented.
