Покупали много различной техники в том числе мультиварку и робот пылесос фирмы polaris. Мультиварка используется постоянно на протяжении более 2 лет. Робот пылесос приобрели недавно (polaris pvcr 1229), работает очень хорошо. Понравилось то что данная фирма не экономит и ставит на пылесос две боковые щётки вместо одной как у сяоми. Так-же он ниже, что позволяет производить уборку в более труднодоступных местах. Есть на данной модели функция влажной уборки, на самом деле вряд-ли она будет использоваться, так как для данной уборки нужно произвести множество манипуляций, таких как: достать контейнер для сухой уборки, взять другой контейнер для влажной уборки, набрать туда воды, смочить тряпочку, которая входит в комплект, закрепить её на контейнер и вставить контейнер в пылесос. И потом все наоборот для сухой уборки. Проще взять и шваброй убрать.
Так-же входит в комплект пульт для управления. Не знаю как часто он будет использоваться, так как есть приложение в телефоне, а телефон почти всегда в руках.
5 элемент уже не тот ...Хлопцы с компьютеров еле говорят ....честно лучше б не говорили , каждое слово вытягиваешь по слову , в целом мне нравится 5 элемент....
Персонал хорошие ребята, сама же сеть в плачевном состоянии. Цены в сравнении со средним рыночным оставляют желать лучшего, много пустот в занятом помещении, часто ненадлежащее состояние упаковки товара. Неорганичный мерчендайзинг.
Хороший ассортимент разной техники как компьютерной, так же домашней и переходной: по типу наушники, часы. Помимо всего имеются кухонные приборы, ездовые (самокаты и др.)
Хороший выбор, быстрая доставка при заказе через интернет, грамотная выкладка,. У магазина явно проблемы с персоналом, Декабрь 2020, очень низкая квалификация менеджеров, приоритет не ожидающий консультации клиент а сборка монитора для витрины тремя продавцами, орг. вопросы явно важнее для продавца чем клиент. Явно видимая конкуренция за план между продавцами, не в скорости обращения внимания на потенциального клиента, а отфутболивании если тебя до этого обслуживал другой продавец. При возникновении спорных ситуаций сотрудники позволяют себе повышать тон и даже пытаются давить на клиента не осознанно, после замечания немного успокаиваются. Это сильно портит общее впечатление.
Хорошо уютно, отзывчивый персонал, но при монополии в городе, не всегда найдётся нужное.

Обыкновенный магазин бытовой техники и электроники. Можно заказать доставку, там же оформить кредит или рассрочку. Не всегда можно найти грамотного консультанта.
Самый лучший магазин электроники в нашем городе. Нравиться что можно заказать товар, по интернету, которого нет в наличии в нашем магазине. Но плохо что сайт открывается только на Опере. На Гугл хроме не работает.
